i bought this phone a coupLe of days ago and i dont see any problem from the video to the sound and in battery this phone is such high quality that can compete even now for the latest phone!!

Hello guys! Plz tel me that the keypad of N79 is hard like NOKIA 7210 OR Soft like NOKIA 6233, NOKIA 5220. PLZ ANSWER ME i wil wait Thanks in advance. ANONYMOUS plz u reply specialy.

For those who are using N79, please do not update the latest firmware for this phone which is V30.019.53.1 because it had a serious bug.
The problem is under this version your new created sim contact will delete automatically once u restart your phone. Means if u have 100 contacts before updating this firmware,after u update the firmware u create for let say 5 extra sim contacts, once after u restart your phone then the new created contacts will be deleted automatically,for eg it will get back to 100 contacts.
I have kinda confidence on what am i experiencing because i have tested it on 3 same devices n79.
This is probably due to the unstable firmware that are still under developing.

Hi all
well about N79 i think it's an excellent device and i already bought one but "nothing is perfect"
i have been having one nasty problem in my N79 which is related to video cam,
the thing is when i try to shoot video with high quality after 20-30 seconds it starts hanging every 2-3 seconds which actually makes the video bad
so i need someone to help me fixing this problem and by the way i have updated the phone with the latest firmware (v30.019)

Awsome phone specially its camera.videos are dvd like picture quality.the best specification of this phone is its touch navigation and FM transmitter.battery life is good.in INDIA its price is about 15000.anybody can go for this phone.......

Simply AMAZING battery life. Used it since 7am this morning and it is now 10:35pm and still showing full battery. Simpy love it. My favorite Nseries phone and trust me I would know i have had a.....N73x3, N78, N79, N82, N85, N95x2, N95 8gbx2.

Best phone i've ever had...very good processing speed, and besides that, it has 3 unique features: fm transmiter, touch pad and it changes it's theme when u change ur case.Plus...it has a lot of colors.

Awesome, mindblowin cell phone.. 110% satisfaction!
The front camera cn snap pic and record videos as well as cn b used fr video callin. 5 mp camera's awesome, best flash in n-series. Video quality's above expectin. Video files r converted to mp4 rathr than 3gp thru ovi suit. Wifi/gps is wicked cool. Fr typin prb-try holdin da cell a bit down. Bt its no prb cuz f large keys. Navi wheel lets u scroll menus just my movin ur finger clockwise/anti on the d-pad. Its about 15600 rs in india.
Ps-the pencil botton like in n73 is the # botton in n79. Just press and hold. Fr more details-plz contact indurkar.akshay@gmail.com

hi guys,
give ur opinion. which 1 to choose from n79 and e52.
camera is not so important for me. even i hardly use camera of my nokia 6300
i need a gud fon in terms of
- gud browser. (browsing speed shud be gud using EDGE and not 3G, as it has not been launched in my city)
- stable OS.(shud nt restart again and again)
- gud display. (its fine to me if its jst like 6300)
- gud telefony. (call quality)
- gud battery back up. (that i dont get from my 6300)
- document editing.
- very fast modem.

the build quality of this phone z good but the battery cover sometime produce creaking sounds nd the keypad z very below near to the end of mobile so fingers may pain after typing
