Glad that you've share value comments, regarding about Camera/Video quality, do u view/playback on the phone itself or on computers/TV as they are totally different in resolutions. (Normally it can only tell when photos/video play on computer can really see the good & bad) as phone contrast can hide it.

The Question is why all sonyericsson model the video recording is to bad??..Why NOKIA can do it?..NOKIA hanphone
always winnwer if compare with the SE...I'musing 1month ready this phone,so far waht i can sad...I like the camera and video record.Very-very clear and sharp.Thanks NOKIA to design this phone.

This phone very great and powerfull function.I like using the navigation wheel sensor..this is easy to me to selected menu and find something.The camera 5Mp is good..very clear picture and video record.Quality like DVD.Last time I'm using SE-C702 sony,very-very bad video recording exspecily night time.The Grafpic to bad...Nokia is the best phone always.The Tv-out function also good.can view the Video and picture like Handycame on the Tv...Sound also very niceif i compare with the sonyericsson model.When using the earphone,Bass/Treble and EQ can selected and give u some exprence on music....All function have like GPS/Wi-Fi/Tv-out/Sensor auto roted/16M colour/5Mp camera/only 97gram/2.4inch TFT scren/3G/..and Blaa..blaa..blaa...more

the keypad very nice especially the navigator key, the center button not flat, it got raised some. so with the keypad, very easy to press
why some other feel the design very bad?? i don't think so, cause the picture compare to the real phone are totally different , if you see before the real phone
(maybe other people got head and shoulder taste :P)
well, the autofocus speed been improved compare to N82

Just bought this one.
Pros - light weight, decent camera (still love the instant autofocus of 6500), 30fps video, WIFI (but most high end phone has it now anyway), fairly decent sound, good battery life, A-GPS was very reliable,
Cons - keypad button really hard, bad for sms,N series phone generally has bad keypad except maybe for n73, it should be responsive like 6233, e51, phone design really bad (someone who has no knowledge of the phone capabilities wouldnt be attracted to it at first glance), color is bad - grey appear dull, white is fair only, should come up something like dark blue, black, lastly the firmware issue - why is nokia not updating it ASAP througH the software updater ( nsu ), no news on it and kept us guessing when update available ??
overall - good multimedia function, reliable phone, but keying/typing/smsing is going to be a pain and one that is not too pleasant to the eye

You guys can install Garmin GPS software into this phone, and it works great!!!!!!! It's free compare to nokia maps!!!!

oh man!!! this phone has internet radio!!! it is so coooool!! high quality radio!!! hundreds of stations with high quality!!! i hook it up to my home stereo system which costs $3500. It is so wonderful!!!!! love this phone!!

PRITI, 27 Dec 2008hi imran so have you got product cod reply yes or noNew firmware is not available not from FOTA nor NSU.Some of the N79 users at MR Forum and Nokia Discussion also don,t found new firmware .But I am using my phone since 1st DEC, it is working excellent i am much satisfied with it .The only problem is that in songs all repeat mode it only plays the next song not all songs.I dont know the bugs that have listed in new firmware where exists.
