Why my mobile's keypad hangs often all buttons hang except switch on off button . Any solution for this problem

the phone is good but it hangs a lot.the display is so delicate that its pixels got damaged when a coin fell on it

i hav this set it looks awsome hav high speed but having problems in softwares n it hangs. my n-gage is not opening n nokia maps also not opning erorr is coming n i hav buyed this cell before 1 month in 13000/- rs n now it is avilable in 9000/- rs only n wen i went to nokia service centre for service they said me that sir if we update it there are chance to ded after updating ur mob. will ded.
Then i selled it in 6300/- rs only n now buying nokia e63 2nd hand 11 days of bill loking good but guys plzz tell me that is it nice set no problems in it n good workin mob. ?

Hi guys have any one tried taking photos in nite with this model, coz i really want to know does LED flash gives you a good picture quality in nite.
Basicly i want to change from N82 to N79 thats why need this comparision.

Iam now using N79, and i have the (AIRTEL) connection.
Some times i cant able to access network while making calls and hence the call does not connected. This problem occued many times ,even iam in the area which having the full coverage......
I contact the customer care (airtel india) many times. They said that its not the network problem.
Hiii frnds please help me to tackle this.....
