Is it possible to use threaded SMS for this phone like the ones pre-built in Sony Ericsson phones? And how is the picture quality of the camera compared to the well known 5mp shooters (C901, N95)

hello friends. i need some help. yesterday night i was chatting with my friend(sms) and suddenly the messages got stuck in d outbox. . til now, i couldn't send any sms. some sent messages even disappeard. so i formattd my fone nd d result ws d same, msgs stayin in d outbox and the föne keeps on postponing d messages in d outbox. i contactd my network operator(airtel india) and they are saying that there are no problems with their network, wich i too think is right. what shall i do next? please help me friends. . .

Hi friend mai N79 lene ki soch rahi hoon. Iska sound quality n73 se kaisa hai. Aur pic khichne pe pic ka size kya hota hai. Isme jo tv out ki facility hai kya wo work karta hai. Kya gps good work karta hai plz help me friends.

Ibu, 28 Apr 2010Use the wlan cnctn..whr the wifi cntn is avalabl witout passwrdnowhere you have to buy your own Not use other peoples wifi,,thats why its got a password on to stop other people using their paid for connection for free..

Bought a new n79. .bt prob is dat pics have a yellowish look inspite of adequate light. .pics taken by my n73 in same condition r far more better . .
Does i need to fix something or its a defective set ? ?

This phone is very nice.
nokia N79 is very attractive handset.
It's Camera quallity is very good.
only sound is not very good but average.
Power saver activation and De-activation can be change by pushing on time power button to select from list.

I am an user of series40 (nokia6300), and hopefully N79 will be my first symbian (s60), as I am trying to get N79 coming days.
So having tiny knowledge about N79 I have no idea about N-Gage and the activation code as well as anti virus. U can search ovi for games and anti-virus. Instead u can search for Java games (mobiles24 . com, mobile9 . com ...etc).

They have given an activation code as a part of the pack, for how many games we can use that to activate? Also tell me, which messenger(all in one)suits this best and about anti-virus.

When you plug the charger in, it detects a steady power flow and, since there's no more need to save on energy, it goes back to standard usage mode. It's perfectly normal.
