You have to know what you want to do with your phone, and decide if N8 has what you need. There are no problems when you learn how to use it, just like any other phone. As for battery life, it's like any smartphone... 1 day hard use, or 2-3 days normal use. You can see the GSMArena battery test here:

MdN, 28 Aug 2013Hey! No internet = an excuse to take some photos instead. N... moreMaking a quick borrow again. I refuse to buy data. I have some downloaded movies on my N8 (thanks for telling me how to do it) but I only looked at "Medicine man" which I quite enjoyed. Real kicks. Then the folks are telling me they did not know that the N8 was sooo gooood!!! Then the photos are not too bad (actually awful), because I can't keep still not for nothing!
Me worry? You kidding? Haven't you noticed? It is you guys who are worrying about me more than I am worrying about myself. I can handle my case you know ;-). Bye now.

Enjoy your trip/holiday/visit/thingie. :-) And don't worry, knowing yourself and what you can or can not do is good, as well as being able to look at yourself from a distance and having a chuckle. Most people think that admitting you don't know something is a sign of weakness. Sooo, they don't ask, don't learn and don't know.

Only your browser will be off, so you can read files from note or whatever other program you used. Believe me, Belle is stress worthy:).

Stupid me, 25 Aug 2013Quite preachy this morning, huh :-)). Just came from one se... moreHey, sorry for my "lectures". Some times i get nosy, i did not meant any offensive hits... I tried to tell you that nobody is perfect and to know what i know took me SOME TIME, i learn as i live (so, i'm no perfect, even in my strong points), and that is why you should not talk negative about your self, even if you are self aware of your weak points (God knows i have many), at least this is my policy:)). So, to clear this up, it will not take you 10 years:)). This was just the count of how many years i used this system... You don't talk to much, and you got me on "caring" stuff. Some times, to much... and that is why i stick my nose everywhere. I just get the feeling i know the "problem" and i can sum up the solutions. Anyways. Nice talking off topic to you. have a nice day. Once again, i apologize if any harm done...

Stupid me, 26 Aug 2013Yes, I do see here, peoples' passion for phones and a great... moreOh come on, there's a lot you can still do ;-) You can install Remind Me (plays a sound every 5 minutes when you have a missed call or sms), QuickLock (to lock your screen by tapping on an icon), ClockSync (synchronizes your clock with an atomic clock), Nokia Internet Radio (hundreds of stations for free), camera apps like Panorama, Photorim, SCam etc, then gadgets like BubbleCompass (so you know where you're going), better calculators, metal detector, torch... And those are just free apps. ;-) Also, did you try any themes yet? A lot of people are perfectly happy with Symbian Anna so if it works, leave it as it is until you're more confident. (Hmmm, yeah, but I'm the one trying to have a life and be creative and constructive while almost everyone else is "dwelling on war" :-) But never mind that.)
By the way, for all who want to try it, the Instagraph Uploader app doesn't work for me. Maybe it works for someone who already has an Instagram account? I created an account, tried to upload a few photos and it says "Error: Logon_ErrorAccountDisabled!" and if I want to log in with my PC I get "This account is inactive" - I suppose Instagram doesn't want Symbian users. If you want to play with filters get SophieCam for your phone and Pixlr-o-matic for your PC instead.

it contains only few kb,s... but what i did is to make a backup of my whole phone via nokia suite and reset my phone...and now im gonna run that backup to my phone again...lets see what happen now..
