Anjan, 04 Dec 2010Well N8 is the best nokia phone ever to come,but I am very ... morejust have a little sand and dust on the fingers and you will scratch any display. Gorilla and all the hardening used by all manufacturers cant fight the sharp edges of sand and dust. Its just better scratch resistance than the older touchscreens, not scratch proof.
These new displays just makes ppl think they are safe, so they forget to be careful and get scratches faster than on older models.
but who cares, N8 is stil a crappy Arm11 Symbian phone with a low resolution display, scratches is a small problem compared to that

It all depends on how it youtube servers detect a device. Youtube always provides the best quality vid to apple devices, even the samsung galaxy tab youtube vid at the highest setting looses out to an iphone4 youtube vid which has no settings at all.
Pls dont treat us as idiots, it makes you look like an idiot instead.

the N8 has just about everything except for handwriting recognition. i think all touchscreen phones should have that. it would just be easier to input text

Well N8 is the best nokia phone ever to come,but I am very much feeling cheated after buying it bocz it was advertised to be scrath resistant display and body with gorilla glass, BUT I recently observed that my nokia N8 has got 3 scrathes on its screen I nevewr kept it anywhere near objects which would likely scrath it but it got scrathed buy just keeping it in the same pocket as motorola milestone , So GUYS NOKIA N8 IS NOT TOTLALLY SCRATH RESISITANT THE SCREEN ON MY DEVICE HAS FEW SCRACTHES

Anyone remember with apps called fx studio,its shown in some n8 prototype videos. Nokia promise to bring it to the n8,but where the hell is that apps now? Or perhaps it's out already?

of course iphone4 is faster...but still 5800 can deliver what we want..

arent u happy with your iphone4?

N8 and ipod touch 4G will be a great combination..certainly will rock a persons life...(but of course u got to have a big pouch bag around your waist ha ha ha) anyway with a budget of an iphone thats what we can get if we choose N8 over an iphone....

at the price of a iphone4 16gb, i can get a n8 AND a ipod 4g! Apple users are very arrogant towards other people, just because i dont like the iphone4 doesnt mean i cant afford it!

I have used the nokia n8 and this phone has no chance infront of iphone. Nokia is selling bad quality phones and the reason that is the first selling company is because it sells cheap phones.
