I am not a liar and I never claimed that all N... moreHi T Rex. I accept ur comment. But there N number of Nokia haters who simply enters into Nokia Support Discussions forum and writes the new issues and exagrates the small issues into a big one. For eg., if one real N8 user writes that his/her N8 have restart issues then many of the Nokia haters writes the same issues and makes the problem so big.
Moreover no brand have made all the phones without any fault. Its common. In case of N8 also its same but the N8 haters made its a big issues.
One kind attention Nokia N8 users..
Kindly dont install any of the Symbian S60V5 softwares. I have read that its the main reason for Phone restart issues. Those who already having N8 restart issues kindly take to Nokia care and have fresh firmware installed(Complete phone formating) after removing the old one. Am sure it(N8) will work perfectly after that.

this is the best phone of the best mobile company. Believe me, i would not use an iphone even if it was a present. Because the call quality is awful, and i think it aims at the teenagers. I respect the galaxy, but its plastic, and the design is not for my taste. Mine is dark grey, china made, no restarts or anything else. I love it

I have Nokia N8 since released in mid of Oct in my country.....i don't have any complain at all...best camera,best video,best sound and user friendly....i love my N8..Go Nokia...

Hi.i bought my N8 yesterday and i`m very happy with my choice of phone.She does exactly what`s on the tin.
Small delays sometimes but well hey none of the phones on the market is perfect!!!!
SO overall i would recommend this phone to anybody.

Had phone a week, and loving it. Swapped my Galaxy S for this, and its far better in my eyes. Not as sensitive as Galaxy, but at least your texts dont get sent to someone else!! Camera is amazing, focus and shutter all in one is one the body of the phone - amazing quality with intense colours. GPS is very sensitive and youre found straight away. Doesnt have a specific facebook app yet, but its brand new, so a few weeks maybe??? Definately worth its weight. Hopefully built in battery wont cause a problem...

Gitty, 09 Nov 2010Nokia forum or nokia care ?Nokia support forum. Remember to give enough details how to reproduce the problem. If Nokia can't reproduce it, the engineer can not make fixes. To make fixes, the problem should be always reproduced first.

I am not a liar and I never claimed that all N8s are faulty. Most of the N8s work fine. but nearly 1/5th of N8s have this restart issue.
If you dont believe me then I cant help. as i told you please search in google "nokia N8 restart" and check the nokia discussion forums. you will be surprised to see the number of people suffering this problem.
Your N8 works fine that does not prove that all N8s are flawless. It has issues. all I want from Nokia is to address the issue and recall the faulty phones.
