i got n8 last week.althogh this is not user friendly 4n.i got some dates.now the mucis player seems to be like new.im having a problem wt touch .
the touch volume icon is not showing now.so i need to go to the side buttons.please tell me to resolve this. and is there is any way to downrate the os

Check this article out, it really explains why Symbian is still relevant and totally usable today, and I can agree with a lot of points and probably add a lot of my own.

You can see which apps are in phone memory and which ones are in mass memory. Long press on the app name and you will be offered an option to uninstall. It is best to keep non critical apps on mass memory, like those that you don't need when your phone is connected to your computer in mass storage mode.

Hi all,wonder if you can help me,my phone keeps telling me to delete some phone memory,having checked the details it seems most of the memory is .sis files but I can't find them on the phone to delete what I don't need,any help would be appreciated....still a great phone,where else could you find a phone,music player,web browser & free sat nav with 12 mega camera & zenon(apart from 808 of course

Nd can b fixed. I am so greatful for your help. I took it to nokia care,they told me my fone is beyond economical repair. They returned it back to me. I sent it 2day to d next state in my country. A friend of my brother who used to work with nokia care said i should bring it. Said he can do it. And i have made up my mind to sell it as soon as it gets back. Neva b4 has a fone given me such stress. Though i love it so much because of the games and widgets. Am gonna buy nokia 808. I dont rili trust nokia lumia's on its game capability yet.
