I havent seen N8 yet,I will see it 2moro b4 buying it & decide my colour ! I like blue and silver ! I wont buy black ! But I want to c all 4 b4 buying !

n8 might be the best phone in the market, only after updates. I own one, and proud of it...but sometimes it hangs,, and the browser needs work. Lets wait and see

I see topic of day is colour well i got black but had no choice. I like the other colours but would have liked silver version and have not seen silver one or heard anyone talk about it,maybe its been reserved by a carrier here in uk voda have green exclusive and it looks fine.

been out videoing today and playing it back thru 1080p tv.it looks good plus it plays any video thru hdmi thats on device just expect smaller resolution..Transferred over to n8 my sammy wave hd vids to play(galaxy s and wave DONT have hdmi out)and looks great too ..
Their was a bit of sadness today because to do the filming i had to remove the plastic protective cover but it had to be done.
There is stil a lot more ive got to do but been foning and texting and using twitter today and thats a first for me to stroll out the house and use a pure touchscreen.
I have ahd 8hrs podcast playing thruoughout night with standby clock on,then 20 mins of video record,30 minutes of transferring vids of wave via bluetooth,22 mins calls,6texts sent recieved,and being playing back half hour of hd vid thru tv plus twitter updating every 30 mins.Also downloaded some themes from ovi store and did some ovi browsing and have just got low battery and its been off charge 15hrs.That is on third charge of a 1200mA battery,if this had nokias bp-4l 1500mA lithium polymer in it it would last 3 days heavy use..brynn

michele, 27 Oct 2010how come that even though technology has moved on the N8 do... moreits got a capacitive screen and only works via skin,,i think you had a resistive touichscreen before and that would work with nails/stylus/skin etc..

guys, really strongly advice to wait for first software update to come out only get this phone
if not you might the same situation as mine
phone in nokia customer center, they said its software problem that cause my phone to totally black out, said will have new update very soon which i kinda curious if its real.....

1-Super AMOLED Screen,which has 80% more visibility in sunlight
2-ANDROID OS,of which galaxy s also provides updates
3- 1 GHz processor which makes it really fast
4- free apps from samsung apps
all this is worth its price
