Nokia N8 is a fantastic phone for it's simplicity other than that it's like the rest of the N series.Nokia should do away with the N-series as the market for them isn't favourable with regards to the later models!!Problem after problem,Nokia is happy to take your money and you are content to squander your money.Anyone who knows anything about anything would know that Android has hit the market in a huge way,the sheer ammount of phones being released on Android is an attestment to that!Between Android opperating phones and Blackberry the choice is a given as to what you would ask for when entering a mobile phone store.The only thing that surprises me is that Nokia hasn't caught onto the Android buzz.So you may argue my point if you like but all I ahve to say to that is where Android is concerned.....WATCH THIS SPACE!!

I don't have the phone yet, but read it in reviews. And a video light is only for very close use, otherwise it wont have an effect.

guys could any 1 tell me if the Xenon flash will e better than the Dual LED flash...which flash is more good for takin pics in the dark.

nokia knows people like a all in one devise hd recording and no video light i agree this the same thing there did with the n 82 video light in the n86 and no xenon now n8 xenon and video nokia if u dont learn from your mistakes u will never learn all the other features i like that the n 8 has the video light problem is a let down for me

what is nokia thinking people like a all in one device hd video recording and no video like is there a app that can make the xenon flash stay so i can record a video in the dark if so that would be usefull nokia should inprint it in there next firware update for this phone if i can use video light on this phone i am not buying it it will a waste on my time money dont grow on trees so i got to spend it wisely there give u a feature and drop the next i will stick to my nokia n86 for now cause nokia is playing the fool i will wait for the n8 succesor

Well, No LED light is ... moreNo torch light is present, dn expect everything in 1 phone buddy.....if u choose any other phone with LED u will nt get something like MP are less or no front camera etc etc.
i will say its really nice phone & the design are really amazing...symbian 3 is also good.
