Meh, I basically quit working as security at the nokia factory when I started university, but they just called me to work on saturday and sunday cos they are working lots of extra shifts cos of the huge demand for the N8. So I may not get my N8 this week but at least I get to drool at them being made :D

I am fed up of waiting and waiting and dreaming, went to shop and got HTC desire and what a hill of phone.
Bye bye Nokia soon you will die no commitments to lovers. I hate you now Nokia and welcome to Android world it is the future.

The battery absolutely sucks at 1200 mAH....and the resolution of 360 X 640 is something that I had on my old phone......
The only glamour element I can see is the 12 MP cam, with AF, but that is pretty much it. Anyone can upgrade memory with 32 GB cards, so teh 16 GB mass memory is nothing to write home about|!
Boo Nokia you need to improve or perish!

I'm a nokia fan too and have always preferred nokia phones, but am loosing faith in them due to the ridiculous long wait when other companys just annouce and then release within weeks. I've waited this long so I may as well carry on waiting until I get one now otherwise it was a waste of time waiting so long. This is Nokia's last chance with me -if I don't get this phone in October and in perfect condition then I will never buy another nokia again.
The only thing is though, apart from this phone I have no idea what phone to get as battery life is very important to me and I know all the good android phones hardly last a day

I bought my first Nokia phone 12 years ago and since then i though Nokia was the best i could get.. But a diferent reality was to be seen in the years to come. The Nokia phones start to loose quality, as long the years were passing, more and more times we had to unplug out batteries, more and more times the phones were passing time in nokia services repairing...
This phone has not come out yet and just past interest... The first time i saw the apresentation i said 'whow, that's my next phone.', but time is passing and the phone isnt at the stores and i realize 'it must have a problem or it had come out when it was suposed to'... Nokia commercial service and phones are the image of the company: Getting worst by the years and i think this phone is one more example. A tale to be told to our grandchildreen!..
My father used to say: we can be the best in one thing or mediocre in everything...
As Nokia is launching phones every week i think that the general ideia is to be medicocre instead of being the best!
Prove i'm wrong and make this worth the money!
And i'm just a nokia fan.. Just think if i were not! :)
