i hope this phone will have more speed than previous nokia touch screens
i already had an 5800..then currently n97 mini
both of them slowed down when it reached its 2nd month
i'm planning to buy this phone
any suggestions on its speed???

+ The last Nok... moreAlso, why compared amount of RAM and ROM to models of Samsung and Android, they run different operating systems. Symbian^3 is alot lighter on the resources than Android currently is. Just cos Android phones use x amount of ram nowadays, doesn't mean every device has to.
Putting hardware in simply to give unnecessary big numbers so spec huggers like you get a boner is not clever, as it all eats battery, too.

+ The last Nok... moreIt will not be the last smartphone from Nokia with Symbian^3, E and C-series will keep using it, Symbian^4 is also very likely to find its way on some N-series device. Symbian^3 wont be used on any other N-series phone, however due to the earlier facts I mentioned, it will not lack support anytime soon.
N8 has slower CPU, but has a dedigated GPU to make up for it, something the devices you mentioned don't have at all. In everyday use it easily even with 1ghz only systems.

Beeing good looking is not the only fact.
+ The last Nokia smartfone using Symbian OS.
+ Low CPU consedering introduced models of Samsung & HTC
+ Low RAM & ROM consedering introduced models of Samsung & HTC.
+ Inadequate standard battery.
The best thing is having a very powerful camera but this doesnt make me buy.

-too slow
-hang many times
i think reason is their weak processor!

ever thought why this phone is delayed again &again????? there r just 3 nokia phones that were delayed for so long,n97,n96 and n86. all wre big failures.i hope n8 is not!!!
