Just like we do on symbian ^1 and ^2, does symbian ^3 requires signing unsigned applications before installing? Not that it appears to me as a big deal though.

FX Studio on N8, is it free? I like freebies. Hehe.
Right now i hope that a new N8 version with qwerty keyboard will be available sooner. How you do that on n8 design? Well just imagine the black boarder/panel and the screen, or for better description, the part which is gorilla glass in material, to be the only part slide-able, then the whole anodized aluminum body(including the plastic part on top and bottom) will be left on the hands while sliding, a shallow cavity with keys replacing the position of the now slid and (not necessarily) tilted screen. What do you think? Vague? Nonsense? You can ignore it, I can only imagine. It will be my dream phone by then. Not that the n8 isn't already a dream phone the way it is.

throw away point and shoot camera and dedicated gps device, get nokia n8 for half the price of iphone 4 without contract

The first device to run the new Symbian OS will be the Nokia N8. This newest Nokia will provide the user with a huge amount of functions that surpass anything the world has ever seen. You cannot even compare it to the iPhone as this new Nokia is in a league of its own. Connectivity wise, the N8 supports 3G, WLAN b/g/n, Bluetooth v3.0 with a micro USB. This micro USB actually allows the user to plug in their USB’s and import their important files onto the phone. With many ways to connect your phone, what are you going to have to share? With the 12Mp camera with Carl Zeiss optics and full Xenon flash there will be plenty of opportunities to take brilliant pictures that are of impeccable detail. The video features are equally impressive with a 720p recording mode. Sharing all of your videos and pictures is incredibly easy through the HDMI port on the phone.

The Nokia E7 is coming out in a few months time, packing a 4" touch screen, QWERTY keyboard, symbian ^3, a 8mp camera and is available in a number of body materials, including anodized aluminium, stainlless steel, and even carbon fibre. I rather wait for the E7!It has all the features of the N8(exept the the camera) and more! Patients is a virtue!

This is SAMSUNG GALAXY , APPLE, SONY XPERIA X10 Killer. Compare the price with other phones. This has best hardware spec, comes in cheap price... I have X6 right now..i will be buying this shortly..... Nokia Prevails.. :D:D:D:D

Hope the texting is good. From the videos, the layout looked a bit cramped, space to see what you're typing is way too much, and holding the phone regular still displays the 12 button layout. Its the size between the evo 4g and iphone 4.
Please nokia, do use a texting favor. The choppy internet is fine, the gps, well, I just hope google maps comes as an app soon.
