vel, 12 Aug 2010Today i enquired about N8s tentative release date in India,... moreya, i guess it will hit the indian market in first week of September, iphone 4's gona hit on 5th sept, not sure.
may be the same time nokia will introduce in india. i prefer nokia n8 in all smartphones till date. phone is nokia.

Today i enquired about N8s tentative release date in India, Bangalore.
It ll hit the stores by end of august or first week of september.
Expected price 22k to 25k. ;)
Only confusion in my mind is abt the color to choose ;)

While it may be true that more is better, do we actually need 720 res? Same thing with HD TV, WHile 1080 is surely better, it is not worth it to buy one unless the TV is bigger than 50"---thats 50 inches compare to 3.5 on a mobile

Hi guys i have experience the proto of this phone . Only words i have its a amazing device . Touch even better than any samsung phone or u can compare with iphone . No hanging problem .amazing

Android doesn't need 1ghz processor, 512mb ram either. Android is working just fine on slower processors like on the droid, the hero or the legend. Same goes for iOS. It's working fine on older iphones that don't have 1ghz processors.

Symbian ^3(the UI) will NEVER be able to compete with HTC' Sense or Sony Ericssons' Timescape...Hopefully Nokia has enough time to make Symbian ^4 a real success...
I am VERY dissapointed at the N8's screen resolution...I was expecting WVGA(at least) for a 3.5inch screen. Hopefully MeeGo will support a much higher resolution...Thumbs crossed its 1280*720!
Enginner Man, high-definition on a 4-inch screen is Not "pointless"...Imagine how brilliant it is to use!!! Yeah I agree with everyone, you are very helpful...But if you were as half as intelligent as you 'sound' then I am sure you have better things to do in your life, other than showing your knowledge on forums...What is your occupation? If you are rich and have nothing better to do, then carry on educating strangers about smartphones. I hope your intelligence(if there is any) is put to good use at a software/computer company, or any other place that geeks go to and earn well.
Nokia is NOT going to release a snapdragon phone. Remember a Nokia using the Intel Moorestown platform and MeeGo is just around the corner...
