    Wave's operating system must evolve so much. Now it is really crap.

            A video failed if the sound quality is sucks regardless how good the resolution is.

                  Didn't you read the spec of how good is the battery life of N8?

                  I am a symbian user. It does not crash on me thus far for more than 3 years. Plus, this is Symbian^3.
                  Saying Symbian is not a mature OS is purely denial.
                  Even if it crashes, you don't need to remove the battery. Just press and hold the power button for several seconds and it will restart.
                  Even if you really want to remove the battery, just unscrew it.

                  Why are you here if you don't like N8?

                    You are right that most functions mentioned are not in Iphone. I am sorry for that cause i don't really like and care about Samsung Galaxy S at all. Thus i won't go and check it out.

It is indeed a lit... moreN8 only has a better stillbild-camera while Desire with FROYO has better hd-videorecording. N8 has only 256 mb ram and Nokia batteries have always been far worse than others, mobility needs great battery. Symbian is still not a mature os and crashes far to often so you need to remove battery to be able to restart, N8 can not remove battery.
                      N8 is all about the stillbildcamera. Nokia-fans are almost as fanatic and blind as IPhone-fans.

                        and with my WAVE it went upto 1660 ..

                        Samsung Wave is the clear winner in ol acpects !! Only camera is good in n8 that only for still pics but video 720p is same in both but in reviews i like Wave's HD recording more !! god bless outdated N8..

                          Now that I look at the N8 its an alright phone. It has n-networking and a speedy 3G connection. The only thing holding it back is its RAM and processor speed. Probably not worth $400 though.

                            Even if it is, i prefer to have a slower but all rounded smartphone than having a extremely fast but featureless boring phone.

                              Can give some reason why you think that way?

                              As for me, Galaxy have nothing to stand out among the cloud. It is just like a faster version of Iphone 3GS.
                              There is no other thing that Galaxy S can do but Iphone 3GS cannot do.

                              N8 however have many things that Galaxy S cannot do.
                              N8 have better camera. 12mp vs 5mp.
                              N8 have xenon flash. Galaxy S have none.
                              N8 have dual mic for video recording. Galaxy S only have 1.
                              ... etc

                                  It is indeed a little sad to not have a video flash for low light video shooting. But it has a bigger sensor and dual mic. I can live with that :)

                                  I don't like HTC Desire because it's loudspeaker is not on par. It's LED flash also not strong enough.
                                  Video and Camera capturing quality is.. umhhh i have to say.. its really suck.

                                  So N8 is better. :)

                                      in nokia n8 u can attach pen drive dats d numbr one advantage and with dat u can also attach hard drive upto 500 gb. D second part is dat u can download any softwares whthr softwrs frm android apple and many more bcos softwares portability is given in dis fone.im workin 4 nokia so have seen dis fone durin my trainin trust me its d best dan evr.no fone can be compared to this fone.dis is complt diffrnt symbian os.its symbian 3.
