The galaxy S does... moreI guess that Nokia is not a step behind in this industry but they rather make an all rounded phone which everyone can use everyday and in every different situation. What the point of having a faster processor and super amoled screen when you cant take a good fun pics especially in a club or party with no flash. What about sharing your pics and video using HDMI and using a flash drive to save data on the fly. Its these things that make me like the N8. It may not be the best but it can sure connect my life around this phone. Its Fun and Serious at the same time.

N8's camera has a protrusion on its ANODIZED ALUMINIUM CASING which makes it 12.9 mm. That's the dimensions includes the protrusion. That means the casing's thickness is actually less than 12.9 mm. Maybe 10 mm, hence it's easy to carry in your pocket just like the E72. Iphone 4 is 9.9 mm, No big difference compared to the N8.

I don't buy that product are too expensived, i can't afford that product have you sell, my money will be enough to buy if that product casn be low the price.

again N8 is winner. Yay...Benchmark is not from Nokia but unbiased writers. Thank you. I dont know n gage games support, we have to see. The final symbian 3 OS will be much better than current. More speedy
680mhz with GPU acclerator.not 635 Thank you. And remember symbian is not heavy as android OS for 680 with GPU accelerater . hey. everything is not only Wow ui, but what we can do with it, yh? maybe wifi is slower or higher but speed depends on your service provider. yh?. and N8 is not laggy. first prototype seen in russia was laggy but see today, there is no laggy in that and final will be much more good. cheers.XX. Xen. If you have appropriate screw driver you can remove battery very easily.

Anonymous, 07 Aug 2010Can you please tell how many triangles does it push ? Nexus... moreThe n8 roughly does about 50m triangle/s. The galaxy S does about 60m/s and the nexus about 20m/s. Very impressive but its a moot point if developers arent fully utilizing it like they do on ios and android.
Btw the n8 really shouldn't be seen as a high end smartphone. By the time n8 launches, HTC would be ready to launch a phone with a 1.2ghz processor. And its already trailing behind the galaxy s and at most its equal to the nexus one. But the later phone was released a whopping 9/10 months earlier!
Nokia are just a step behind the industry

oh nokia, make an x series phone with a symbian 3 os, hd recording, at least 372 hrs of battery life, at least 5 mp camera with a very scratch resistant glass cover,stereo speakers, and a xenon flash, and I will buy!! x7 or x8? :)

i hear many bad comments to n8, specially the battery removable, you need to screw, but you need to go nokia center to remove it, need nokia permission to remove battery, if youll screw w/o permission to nokia center they loose 1year warranty. i wait nokia N9 better than nokia N8.

my question which one is best browsing SG dolphin browser or GPU broadcom? im research about dolpin browser is faster for searching web like computer.how about GPU broadcom? any one tell the speed? i want to SG or N8 nextmonth.
