Ok, so that is the BIG news here. Nokia India have started N8 campaign with leading Indian actors like SRK and Priyanka Chopra. Campaign will progressively head and phone will be launched in early September. Some competitions will be carried meanwhile where people can win N8.

I am not a fan of phone or manufacturer, I think every mobile os has its own good points. I have been using high end devices such as iphone 3G, Nokia N97mini, HTC HD2 etc, but you know what?...... The mobile that I love the most is not those, it is My E61 by nokia, it is cheap, and has everything I want.
Some people said Winmo sucks and complicated, symbian outdated, (not user friendly as android or ios) but I think they are good, I don't find it hard to manage my phone, I can manage to use it well just as using my iphone or even better.
Hey come to the N8 phone, I believe it is the next mobile i am going to get, know what? I don't interest much in camera, os or whatsoever, but the feature that attract me is its USB OTG, I am pretty lazy carrying my computer with me all the time, I usually exchange document from flashdrive, and this is the feature that rocks my b*tt.
I was expecting to get it when it was first announced, then have been wait for too long, and just grabbed an HTC HD2 to play around for a while before N8 is released.
Come'on Nokia, don't delay too long, don't keep us waiting for too long, you might lose us all you know? Realease it this August lahhh!

True, it was great when it was new, but the competition has been getting better of it. Therefore, they have already announced that N8 will be the last Symbian smartphone from them and after that they will be focusing on meego, or may be maemo. They may keep on using it for their mid range phones though.

12 mp camera in a cellphone. This won't help many
people except those who are camera crazy in
a cellphone. Moreover the 12 mp camera will stand
nowhere as compared to a 12 mp camera of Kodak,Nikon
or Sony.

around 10,000 opinions and still no question of
its release as yet. What's so crazy about this
phone? Onl the 12 mp camera.But I can reckon that
the 12 mp camera will be bull shit as compared to
an actual 12 mp camera of Kodak, Sony or Nikon.
Why Nokia is putting a 12 mp bogus camera
in a cell phone.May be to do attract more people,
do something which other mobile makers have not
done so far,

I have contacted Nokia several times but all in Vain.I also didn't knew about till my 1st Nokia had WSOD. I thought that it would have been defective piece and went for N82 because of high specs. Again the same WSOD around 1 year of use. In ggole i have found so many cases with WSOD Iam not degrading Nokia. This is purely frustration from me because of the trust I had in Nokia. Nokia care SUCKS.Hope U Understand my feelings. ANY SOLUTION TO THIS IS WELCOME.

Its fine you do not need multitasking.
But the fact that Steve Jobs try so hard to implement multitasking in his IOS meant that he think multitasking is important for most users.
And the fact is Symbian do it more pro than the rest of the OS.

I am a NOKIA addict. I have owned 7 Nokia phones till now from initial days when I started using Nokia. Now I have almost lost trust in Nokia.My Nokia N82 had White Screen of death last week. This is my second Nokia phone with WSOD.My friends Nokia also faced the same 2 Months Back. Tried to contact Nokia no real support. My phone just completed 1 year. What is the use of buying expensive phones which lasts only 1 year.Now I regret buying Nokia.No support and No solution for White Screen of Death. Iam Totally Frustrated.This has been happening for quite some time. I googled and found that lot of people having same problem.But the sad part of it is NOKIA DIDN'T ADDRESS THIS ISSUE TILL DATE. Higher end Models have this problem.Planning to buy some other make other than Nokia.Now using my old Nokia as my backup phone.Any help regrading this is Welcome.

I no care is Nokia or iPhone and Android. i am not too much pro Multitasking since i prefer have longer battery life than have all my applications open and updating when I no need. N900 is worst in Battery life because of multitasking. I no need do so many function same time. I hate iPhone coming with multitasking and I wish knew how to off it.

Same goes to N8. I will give it a hands on test in the Nokia flagship store before purchasing it.
Please note that im testing it at Samsung Flagship store. Do you think they are "unwise" enough to put an outdated firmware device as promotion device?
I'd better wait for N8.
