like watching xvid divx videos and i need an app for that support
or an instant messaging app and a few games
there must thousands of apps but some like 100 good apps would enough for me

I agree with other adventages of that you listed. Thanx for the correction.
N8 supports flash light 4.0 and Wave supports flash 9 at this moment and in the next FW upgrade it is going to support full flash 10.1
Wave has 2GB internal storage and 32GB MC support. So memory issue doesn't make much difference.
Wave's speaker is really loud, I can only compare Wave's loud speaker with 5800XM, but Wave produces no distortion of music even at highest volume level.
N8 uses Amoled, that is good indeed. But Wave has SuperAmoled the beauty of screen. Just give it a try and will just fall in love with the screen. By the way, N8's Amoled is made by Samsung and it good from LCD display.
Other features like OTG, Fm transmitter are some adventages of N8 that I do agree. But a small percentage of people use this features. If you desperately need this feature you can obviously buy N8.
Otherwise, Wave worth the price you pay for..

By the way the good thing about symbian is that you can personalize your phone with themes.. Please atleast see my post on page 4, and I'm sure you will wonder how just a theme can change the whole look of your phone.. Please..!

1 of the great thing 4m Nokia is all the latest phone supports FOTA ! I dont know abt other brands !

I just want to remind some features of N8, which makes is greater than rivals..
Flash lite 4.0 : you can play any flash games on internet.
USB OTG
fm transmitter: Nokia always use good quality fm transmitter on their phone
True and live multitasking
16 gb onboard memory
hdmi
Video/photo editor
loud speakers: N8 has D class speaker, which is really loud, so N8 is not just a cameraphone, its a complete multimedia phone.
Etc etc..
Disadvantages are:-
256 mb Ram: though Symbian^3 supports virtual memory, so its not really a disadvantage
680 mhz cpu: Nokia is still working on N8, in some preview we can see N8 is snappy. So final product will be even more fast
sunlight legibility: in some pictures we can see Wave screen is better than N8 but N8 is also not too behind. I got info from Damian Dinning that in final product they will boost the display performance..
Symbian^3 ui: Well my answer is Symbian is now open source, so Officially or Non officially We will get symbian^4 update. Please go to page 2 or 3, I have posted 2 youtube links showing theme effect on Symbian phone. Please please see that..

Dont forget that N8 has 16gb of huge memory onboard & it is going to introduce flash 4.0 :)

Yes, but i think if it would be worth to buy N8 when a few months later devices with Symbian 4 comes out ?
Symbian 3 use Qt ? that would be great but i think the most apps are written in C++
Also the apps of 5th Edition would work under Symbian 3 ?

even experts are expecting its price to be 25k INR.
But I also get the news that N8 will launch in India at 22k rupees and after launching of N8 in India, Nokia will cut the price of both N97 and mini upto 4k INR.
BTW I also completely disagree with you when you say Only advantage to N8 over wave is 12mp camera..

The main rival is existing Samsung Wave.
The only adventage of N8 over Wave is 12MP camera. Some may disagree, but to be honest, Wave out performs N8 in every other respect.
I don't live in India but as some of you posted previously, Wave is now selling at only 16500 Indian$ And N8 may be 30000 Indian$
If the price tag is near about this than Wave may outsell N8 because Wave is the best value for money.

after seeing the response Nokia is planning to increase the price ...they are planning to sell this phone 30000/- in India...
But this phone is good in not more than 22000/-
