after 100 variants of C,X,N,S series i think they will find new way of naming there mobile phones LOL.

Symbian technically is superior than other mobile OSes simply it was born to worked under a limited resources during the Psion day. At that time it already had capabilities to multitask lots of thing in a Psion PDA not to mention it's best UI at that time for embedded machine. Although is superior but not the greatest. They are other embedded OSes that too are superior in their very own right, like QNX.

No Steff, I don't agree. Technicaly Symbian is the most developed/advanced OS out there! It has almost 10years of evolution. That is more then all the other OS's put together. MeGoo has been influenced a lot by Nokia/Symbian. I have a iPhone and yes is nice BUT it only does a tenth of what symbian does. Apple needs another 3 or so years to get where S3 is today! Everyone is wondering why symbian does just fine with a slow processor while any other OS needs a 1Ghz power hungry beast . . . That's where that 10years of evolution come in. If MeGoo does not perform at least half as good as S3/4, Nokia is back tm square 1 in no time :-) Unfortunately for Nokia, MEMO points to this very same thing.

Last devices N-SEries (high-end) with Symbian says Nokia. After only low-end will use it.
N-Series will use Meego in the future.
Well if Nokia don't support Symbian for the futre (4,5) it's dead...
Really I've big hope for WINMO 7 not Androïd. But Iphone OS is really easy-to-use, fast and many people like that.
Please stop it to be jealous of success !!!!!

No, not the SnapDragon. Is old by today standards and is VERY heavy on the battery ! ! ! We want the new OMAP 4430 dualcore (cortex9), at the same clock rate. Is the first ever dualcore designed for a cell phone. Is blindingly fast. Only one core at 750Mhz is just as fast as a 1Gig cortex8 SnapDragon but only uses about 33% of the power! A ARM-11 OMAP4430, running a program designed to use both cortex9 cores at 1Gig, will be about 5times faster then old SnapDragon and use a bit less power! Now that is what I want and is already out right now :-)

Gud ph ever released, wit HDMI port!!!!!!
But processor a bit slow.Might be better if Nokia can have a 1Ghz snapdragon & the same graphics accelerator. great value for money.

Symbian and meego cant live without each other
maemo has already decent snes emulator like
drnoksnes for n900
and many more, if only there is emulaotr for nintendo ds and psp, iphone games will be history

wasim, 27 Jun 2010is onboard speaker quality is better than nokia 5800 xm this phone is not realesed so we were not able to hear its handsfree speaker volume ok so cant compare

People, don't fool yourself. Symbian is the most used mobile operating system. In fact is the second most used operating system ever made! Only windows beats it and not by much! Indeed Nokia have decided to use MeGoo in there future N-series. However this is not the end for Symbian. And not at all! Symbian will outsell MeGoo by at least 10:1 Nobody question that. Further, it may very well be that Nokia will use Symbian-4 in other top end devices aimed at the 'general' public and priced accordingly. Is not like N-series dropping symbian. Is more like Symbian going up a notch in hardware demands. Don't be surprised to see a X12 cell with a 12mp camera, 3xoptical, hidef video (1080p@30fps) using the mighty OMAP 4430 dualcore (cortex9 ! ! !) at 1Gig. Nevertheless, the N8 is THE cell to have for 2010 - symbian or not :-)
