from the features that i see, so far the n900 and this phone(n8), are the best that the nokia has released. I always want to know how the area(in inch) of the screen of the mobiles phones is calculated, and how it converts in cm2 or mm2 ? Plz give to me an answer

Disadvantages of iphone4
iphone is nonsense. What’s still missing in iphone:
* No Flash support in the web browser
* No true multitasking for all applications
* iOS4 for iPhone 3G has limited new feature set
* Poor performance on iPhone 3G
* No quick toggles for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or 3G
* No social networking integration
* No info widgets on lockscreen or homescreen
* SMS tones are still not customizable
* No mass mark emails as read
* No proper file browser or access to the file system
* No USB mass storage mode
* No vibration feedback when touching the screen
* No Bluetooth file transfers to other mobile phones
* Contacts lack a swipe-to-delete or mass delete feature
* No SMS/MMS delivery notifications
* No smart dialing (but Spotlight is a somewhat of a substitute)
* No DivX or XviD video support and no official third-party application to play that
* The whole iPhone is too dependent on iTunes - you cannot add the same type of content (video, photos, apps) to the phone from two computers, a regular file management interface would have been much better.
N8 IS THE BEST hahahahaha.

sorry its only n8-01 because it is not possible to be n9 because it has only 8mp and double led flash but a 4.0 capacitive touchscreen

Yaa hoo... I m extremely happy 2 know that iphone4 is a big failure. Die iphone. I hate iphone. I m sicked of its name. Iphone4 buyers are just donkey, they r fooled by apple, they r traped. From now everyone will say 'Iphone sucks'. My nex fon n8.

Overall phone is awesome.If u go for other brands in the same price tag then u will probably missing lots of features.N8 ROCKS!!! I m waiting for it.

Well don't forget NOKIA stop sales in Japan since end 2008... The company is not really in a perfect condition even they are No1 for Mobilephones sales....
N8 is a masterpiece, maybe just despite not on WinMo7 but Symbian^3 and 1st test says this is the worst point... (Hardware is just so good)
But I think even first problem, iPhone 4 is not so bad at all and now very good photo and video too, I've check few test on internet (even with flash in the dark)

Sonyericsson is dead in the watter. Same with Alcatel and Motorola. Things change and we have to accept them. On the other hand, Nokia with their new management for top end devices, is running the show for now. The N8 in particular, is the most popular/expected gadget at the moment. Even on this forum, this N8 enjoyes a huge fan base and popularity ! Look at the votes it got already. Shortly it will pass the magical 58700 votes figure. (this is the previous record for a phone before got released !) I am not interested in the N8. I am a investor/speculator and this N8 will boost Nokia's shares for sure. The question is by how much and when is the best time to get into the market. Nokia shares are priced to go and I am very much interested.

nokia has said last that they will lower their phones price and focus on fewer phones
i bet the meego phone will be lower price than apple phones, but much better spec and power
