I wish someone would take his test N8 to the city and make some videos of streets,people and traffic in daylight. But I guess we will have to wait as Damian and his team are stil perfecting video recording on N8.

Be warned even Wave or Vivaz cant take so nice videos on night due to small sensor.

BTW single led flash is only useful to a distance of 1 meter. Please note that sensor used in N8 is twice in size compare to Vivaz or Wave or other rival phones, it means twice more light used comparing to rivals. So theoritically even without flash N8 will give equal video quality what rival phones are giving with small single led flash.

We need more N8 video samples. I'm not an iPhone fanboy, but iPhone video samples are real good. Hope N8 can do at least the same quality...

However, if what you said is true that Damian Dining himself confirmed the fact, where is the official site for that?
Why the spec sheet from Nokia official website stated that N8 comes with Video Light? Even wikipedia support that.
As a high profile person like Damian Dining, why didn't he put up an official article instead?
Isn't this sounded too unprofessional for a high profile person like him?

if it indeed have video light, Nokia would of marketed that fact from day one, N8 with Xenon PLUS led for video recording..
and im sure it would of been part of the review.. for example, y didnt u go for "dual led, instead of led" etc etc etc....

AMANITA, 24 Jun 2010The video light is just below the xenon flash.I am damn sure that it was not the LED meant for video light. It is dim red light meant for auto focusing. It has been confirmed by Daiman several days back.

I believe the shall reply me in 48 hours.
Let's just wait and see what is the answer they will give with regards to this.
However, I will still get the N8 with or without LED flash for video shooting.
