N8 has a really good feature but let's not forget about Nokia X6 which is having a capacitive screen but living in a misery.
Please give us some nice feature through fimware update or give us Symbian^3 with a lower fps and no hd support so it doesn't have such high hardware requirements.
Overclock the processor of X6 and give us virtual memory.
Both C: and E: are capable of doing that.:D
Hoping for a better future for Nokia X6.

kevinaux, 04 Jun 2010Somehow I'm not surprised. I think after investing so much ... moreYeah, especially when Nokia is backing 90% development of open source platform (according to CEO of Symbian Foundation in a same interview where he also mentioned about asian vendor rolling out S^3 first)

I think after investing so much on the new Symbian, it would be very generous of Nokia to allow a different manufacture to come out with the first Symbian^3 device. Think someone from the Espoo made a call to Seoul? ;)

dtp, 04 Jun 2010this games looks better fps on Wave...you are right, but this is only running on a proto, and this game was not built for s3. look at need for speed shift when it comes, that game uses the hw properly and looks stunning to say the least.
cheers.

It looks like they took the the Windows platform out of context. Nokia does ship Windows 7 on the Nokia Booklets and there is no reason why they can't sell the OVI services for them.

Mark, 04 Jun 2010Hi,
Interesting points. Well for one, Sammy is betting ... moreYes, I agree with your last point there. Everyday passes that Google finds a way to creep into your life even more; Search, Maps, News, Mail, Browser, OSes, Translators, Video, Docs, Books etc. Don't get me wrong, I love free stuff and open source and I do love these things and use almost all of them but day by day the fine line between "choice of a" and "dependency to a" is being thinned. I wonder ISheep will one day be used to describe Googlers. :)
On a separate note, I have a feeling Samsung will be the one rumored to be the Asian vendor who will launch Symbian^3 before Nokia.
