No Divx and Xvid ? Nokia stays back again.........So i decided to stay with my Samsung phone (I8910),until Samsung releases the new W880 12Megapixel device.

If not I guess all the money is going to Dell ( mini 5) or to Apple(Iphone 4G).

No divx player? cek for symbian o.s divx player apps, you'll find hundreds of those. no divx player in the box doesn't meant can't play at all, nokia always good in software term.
Frame capture only 25 fps not 30 fps? well check at soner vivaz review, you'll find gsmarena told that almost every good movie recorded at 24fps (pretty closed to 25fps huh?) not in 30 fps. I'm not sure, but maybe 30 fps look over-sharp or something (I'm not the expert in this area)
Only 256 mb ram, yes indeed. but remember if this phone is so laggy than u could complain about that. but if it's still run fast, when u run 20-50 apps simultaneously especially, you don't need any larger ram.

Whoever thinks that this phone is crap,it is missing this and that...bla bla bla...think again..the specs may not be new but they are rocksolid..such a long spec list for such a low price is awesome, the phone offers nothing new but it offers almost everything...its more of multimedia type.i am actualy se fan but the fact is nokia is best when it comes to phones and this is the first highend nokia phone i will buy..photography is my priority,i was thinking of satio or x10 but after this forget them,this is the phone i was looking for and its nokia so i dont think i will be disappointed with their service..and by the way this will be super duper hit i mean look at the 97% interest...

Can be good... but unfortunately no DivX, just 25fps instead as usualy 30fps, small... just 256MB RAM, no lens cover, no push to talk. I am no understand why Nokia can't add or improve these simple options on one phone?

You can remove the battery yourslef but you need to use screw driver, a great option

no camera cover is needed to avoid increasing the thickness
do you notice nokia removes call and end buttons to make the design more attractive, and the nonremovable battery is found in this phone. I have a feeling that users need to to screw driver to open the battery cover.

n97 5800 are not rival cause they are resistive screen, x6 is using s1
