htc desire is way better.Android OS is even better than Simbian.
Only the camera is good on this phone, but RAM and cpu are 1-2 year specs old.Also the screen res.

Wow, the device looks ok, but S^3 just kills it. I wonder how many of you will buy this phone to later realize that you won't be able to upgrade to S^4?
Also, don't say that the iPhone was a mere toy. If Apple didn't release the iPhone do you think that Nokia would be making this (N8) device at all?! LMAO. Q3? By then you'll see what the real competition will offer, and I mean releasing not announcing ;)

None of the other ARM 11 devices support HDMI out and HD video recording ... there is something else going on in there : ) did someone say TEGRA ?

i bought nokia e90 from one year (750$) and i sell it by (236$)it's very ugly and poor and not funny phone and i bought se satio(650$) but i love it so much it's very good phone and it's camera very good and very good look but this n8 it have a very bad look and boring like n97
The last thing i think i buy chienes nokia phone they had to kill all designing men and burn them and get some of the se designers

i haven't loved a nokia this muth since the N95, this is fabulos, but....ARM proccesor ???...and i was expecting a 1500 mha battery..like n97,e71,e72,e52.... i dont get it... larger screen, smaller baterry ?? this are the only two drow backs of this phone. Stop comparing this to the iphone , iphone has nothing to do with this, their are starting to put the hard disks from the ipods to the phones..... really ho uses 64gb space in a cell phone?? i will never give 500euros for a 64gb hard disk with a touchscreen.

Since nokia is still using the ARM 11 instead of the cortex A8
They should put out a massive firmware update to match all the clockspeeds that are lower then 600mhz
So for the n97 and 5800 to be at 600mhz would be really nice
If the E72 and 5630 are at 600mhz why not all of them since they are using the same ARM 11 cpu
But the thing is what build are they using for the N8

The best stuff of n8 is the radio that doesnt exist in the x10,droid(milestone in brasil) and nexus one.

then it's perfect. N900 down side is the touchscreen comapared to N8
