Question: Why do the fandroids still compare the N8 to a galaxy s2? Does that mean the n8 is so good that they actually had to wait for a Samsung-android phone just to compare it with... The lengths to which people will go to down nokia is simply... Astonishing! N8 is great that's a fact! Show me one android phone with the same specs as n8 and prove that it can perform as fluid or better than the n8.

I bought n8 last january 9, less than two months now, but it has a camera problem now, i can't use the camera now. everytime i open the cam my phone hanging. The camera doesn't work anymore.

Lexyneke, 28 Feb 2012I wonder why people would be asking how to leave much more ... morethanks for your reply Lexyneke, the reason i uprated my firmware was`nt for the app`s or better internet connection was to see if it would improve the speaker problem, the phone is basicly for making calls and text but also for the great camera it as, but some people are saying the uprate from anna makes the camera worst as i also bought the phone because it is a great ready to hand point & shoot gadget,cheers mick

Point of correction: there has never been any update in any OS without som hitches, man-made, or by oversight. Most applicatns hav to be upgraded to Belle compliance. I advice you hard reset your phone & reinstall applicatns only from Nokia store for now. Again, check your phone software updater for updates on Nokia Store. Any company can be in crisis; what matters is ability to rise up again. Nokia is on the road to recovery with or without Symbian!! Nokia 808 was made for those it appeals to; it must not be for you. So, keep very calm on that!! If you want to leave Nokia, good and fine, leave!!! But, you will be back soon begging for membership!!

mick, 28 Feb 2012can somebody please tell me how to go back to anna from belleI wonder why people would be asking how to leave much more intuitive Belle for Anna??? That was what happened when windows XP came; many stuck to windows 98, saying it was rugged!! That's being resistant to change. I know very few people had issues wth Belle update. But tips abound on net how to get around des usually individualised problems. Few bug fixes wil soon be released to further rectify som other advanced issues. So, my good friend, kindly remain with and enjoy Belle; you won't regret it!! Trust me

I got my Belle update alert on d same day it was officialy released and I did d update seamlessly d next day. Do you mean u can't see update alert wen u click software updater on your phone?? If u see it, then, download d latest nokia suite (not Nokia PC suite) using your windows computer. Connet your phone, click d software update sign on d nokia suite page and follow d direction. If you had used any security lock for your SIM, you may be required to provide your PUK no. Belle is d best!!!!

after updating to belle my browser wont load anything? whatsapp and skype work using the data but the browser wont load? any ideas why?

To all Nokia lover, you know why so many hates bout Nokia? Coz they're jealous, they want the capability of Nokia phone right there on their phone. But it never happen, except on their dream. So they vent their resentment by bashing every Nokias product, Coz that would diminish their disappointment a little. I've try other phone product but never used it more than two months, coz poor battery backup and camera. You know what's phone I mean right? Not to mention free lifetime GPS and other advantage. So Nokia user, just be proud of. Or if you need more apps, feel free to choose unlaggy windows phone. So exited what Apollo would bring, as Nokia mention it would be full feature including almost desktop capable office, better camera (n8 or pure view camera anyone?), and better UI.

I have had the Nokia N8 for a year, i LOVE it, & i'm a mobile junkie, always upgrading, but i can't upgrade, as these phones are the best!!!!! Better than Apple iphone as you cannot add any music thats not from itunes, bad iphones! And very fragile i heard also...At my mobile company, i asked about upgrading, but they said there is nothing better out there! (never heard a sales rep say that!!) He called the Nokia N8 the iPhone of Nokia. Go N8!!! :-)))))
