hey ray pls help me, i cant able to send sms. it always standby in outbox. theres no problem in the network. and when i check the discussion in nokia.com, few people are also experiencing the same matter. why it happens to my phone. the only thing i can do to send message again is to hard resetting the phone. which is always happen. so annoy. pls help. thank you.

i also faced this problem when my internet connection was slow. Then i Converted my no.into 3g. Now everythng works fine. I download abt 50 attachments in a day. And sent 25-30 mails with attachment. You also have an alternate option to save a bookmark of your inbox in inbuilt browser.. There you can easily download your attachments.

HI RAY,
I m sorry to bother you but my all means have exhausted hence I m approaching you…
I have been using n8 and have problem with mail application…
Often the attachements in the mails are not downlodable i.e I get error mesg “ unable to perform operation”
When I contact nokia they format the phone…THEIR STANDARD ACTION...
This way they have formatted more than 7 to 8 times…
After last format attachments were opening but then a pic of 3 m.b used to get converted in 12 kb or less than that, Once I open the attachement and close..even if I save it gets saved in kb only and size is so small that it looks like a Postal ticket of less than a inch...
I contacted nokia n no of times ( at ho and local) but they are not at all able to resolve this…
Now again I m facing STANDARD problem AND attachements are not opening…
pls pls help...

Has anyone experienced their phone in working condition with no damage whatsoever, but is no longer able to detect a cell tower? This gradually happened, and I am now in a battle with nokia. Does anyone have an idea?

I honestly love my N8 as I'm not much into technology but heeeey it can get on one's nerves when it just decides to keep still and don't do nothing u want it to.I love the internet speed and the multi- functionality of ot and such great pics it can take.I'm a die hard N8 fan.

im using v111.030.0609 of belle.. Its too smooth. Its just like the original one. I recommend you to flash this version. U won't face any problem.

Yes mate, do the reset and your phone should be fine afterwards. Be careful of what apps you install afterwards because you don't want to have the same problem happen again.

good phone nice camera but the software is kinda shitty not so many apps as on the android .
internet browsing is not very good some work there to be done.
the phone sometimes freezes and you have to wait and sometimes a reboot is required

Despite all negative reviews of this fon..i went n got one and im glad..love it excellent fon..the touch is a bit iffy..bt its very responsive. Downside...apps market and poor ovi maps..as a mattr of fact im sendin this msg from it...typin isnt a breeze bt u gt usd to it wit time..nt an iphone..bt it packs a punch..thanks nokia

I've today bought an iPhone 4s sim free after owning an N8 for over a year. I'm glad I made the plunge - it is different class I'm afraid!
