What you will need to do is go to Settings > Application manager > Installed apps and then remove applications that have been installed to C:. You can differentiate those apps from the ones installed to E: by noting the little icon that looks like a coffee mug. The ones with the icon are installed to E:, the ones without the icon are installed to C:.
This procedure may take some time as it sounds like you have a lot of apps on C:
Also, you really need to free up some space from the mass memory because only 1 GB remaining is not enough and can have a significant impact on the phones performance and stability. Try moving your pictures/videos to a PC for safe keeping and reduce the amount of music files you may have to free up even more space.
Another thing to try to free up valuable C: memory is to clear all privacy data from the phones browser cache and clear out your messaging folders (inbox, outbox and drafts) as well as emails which all use up C: drive memory.

Well why is it that VOTING RESULTS shown in the N8 Spec's page has 8.4 on all 3 votes
But doesn't even register in voting results in Bottom right of the gsmareana home page??

Somebody Help! I tried downloading the original Anna Firmware including the Original memory card content via Navifirm. But all the big files get stuck at around 98%. Is there something I am doing wrong? Is there some way to get past this? I have tried Download Accelerator Plus but the same happens. When i tried downloading Belle this also happens

No, the N8 isn't an Xpress music model. It only has one speaker on the back as opposed to the stereo speaker configuration of the 5800XM for example.
The main difference between the N8 and N9 is the operating system. The N9 runs on Meego which is completely different to the N8's Symbian OS.
