take c7 to save money or n8 for better photography however the c7 8mp hd camera is great too
my own opinion is n8
i will buy it today replacing the stupid c6-00 :D

When i am trying to open a Word or Excel file from the USB stick when it is connected via OTG with N8 an error is shown as "Not Enough memory" and then it stops, though i am having 12 GB of free space.
Could any one xplain why os it so and the possible remedy of the same.

But now i want... moreyou need phoenix........the latest version......and scandinavia files which is symbian 3 v11.......flash with the scandinavia driver files......you have a pre version installed on your phone after flashing.......then just flash it back with symbian 3....any later version up to v14....i have done it from hacked belle and official anna.

Great phone overall. Only drawback is a lack of RAM.

Besides this I don't think you can undo the update. I have two N8's and both updated to Anna and it is not bad. My N8s were working fine before the update and doing great after it as well.

@ Tonmoy, i have owned C7, but N8 is the best in every aspect, i own one now.

Planning to buy one. ... moren8 or c7............well i've gots the n8 and i must say i am gonna need a spare one for if in any case nokia stops manufacturin them.......cuz n8 is like no otha and no otha like the great n8.....the n8 literly does everything all otha mobile cant do..

never get a little bit update .. your firm ware will be out dated for ever ; especially N8 & other smnart phone

one of the wastest phone,,mhz processor, 12 mp camera doesnt graet, symbian operating system.....samsung, sony launch ghz processor phones, and clarity camera with hd video recording, android os....compare to other phones its a wastest costlier phone. dont wast your money...its my opinion....because i m using this phone..with more problems.

Recently i'v upgraded my N8(Anna) with latest updates which was release on 26th Oct. 2011 after this upgradation i found Metadata system upgrade(which is always running in my handset) now what i want to know is what is this Metadata system upgrade ?
and in it i found
1) location manager server occupied volume 16.80KB
2) blacklist server occupied volume 12.96 KB
3) harvester server occupied volume 39.44 KB and
4) mds server occupied volume 173.36 KB
Free memory in my handset
73 MB free RAM
102 MB free c drive phone memory
4 GB free E: Mass memory
4 GB Free memory card
and the main issue
Now my handset is giving some issue like unable to open photos and videos and whenever i switch Off and On the handset unable to load it ( only white screen shows ) i'v to try many times in order to open it
I need help.......
