n8 is good but small problems with compare to c6 . Its ppi pixel dencity is very low(only 210) and cpu config. is very low atleast it has 1GHZ thats why n8 is not succesfull model for selling with copare to its cost

Before you do, remember that, your phone will NOT ONLY return to factory setting, but delete all the data that is stored in your phone. You will also lose some programs like Ovi maps, Social, Ovi Store etc. You will be able to doenload Ovi maps & Social, but I've heard that Ovi Store doesn't get installed. And you MUST backup your important data (Contacts, messages, calender, notes etc) to avoid losing data.
Now, the real part where you can do hard reset (this way mentioned here works in N8 ONLY. For other phones, search other ways): switch off your phone. Then press Menu + Camera (full press) + Volume down button altogether & turn the phone on. Keep the button pressed till you hear a beep & the phone will blink a couple of times. You can release the buttons & the phone will take a couple of minutes to reset itself. There you go. But remember the drawbacks of the hard reset. Do it on your own risk.

Actually, the service pack is an applications update to update applications running on Anna. It includes a JAVA installation fix as well as faster GPS location fixing in the camera app and faster scrolling in messaging.
I will repeat again, Nokia never pre-announce when an update will be released so your estimate of the third week of November for Belle is just pure guess work.

I'm fed up waiting for the update (Belle) that has been on new Nokia devices for nearly 2 months. Why are they so slow in getting it out????
I have never owned an apple product so far, but I'm tempted for the first time.
I also see the new Lumia lacks the camera spec of N8. You'd have thought Nokia would have launched the windows phone with something of a wow factor.

Hello everyone,
This update is in preparation for Belle. N8 requires the service packs that would allow Belle integrate seamlessly. Heard C7 etc is fine and ready because it has NFC and the necessary packs. Expect Belle update 3rd week of Nov.

N8 is the best cell ever i hav seen, wich has Fm transmiter, pendrive cn b conectd, high defnation video clearity n 12mp camera,only disadvantage is low phone memory (c drive)
