I have symbian anna icons in my Nokia N900, so my N900 now look like have symbian anna os, its cool, wait for next month you will have PR2 update, hopefully no delay.

Hi, anyone here knows the actual grip thickness of our beloved N8? It was advertised as 12.9mm, but as far as i know it includes the little bulkiness of the camera part. What i'm concern is the thickness itself when you're holding the phone. I don't think so that anyone here is holding his phone on the camera part.right?
So i think N8 actual grip thickness is less than 12.9mm.. right?

b... morenowadays gprs term refers to any data transfer in your hp, even when u use edge or something else.
2g 2,5g 3g 4g and so on refers to the whole system.

In USA, T-Mobile, When you try to upgrade by calling, they do not recognize N8, because it is not selling in their stores.
You have to take it to a local T-Mobile store and show them that N8 is fully compatible with their 3G network.
Otherwise, they most likely will give you 2.5 G (GPRS) Data.
That's what T-Mobile usually do with the phones that are not sold in T-Mobile.

Ray, that's not a problem...
I don't like to brag, but I'm an expert and I will tell you what's the problem of not connecting to 3G.j
It always happens when you upgrade by a phone call.
They don't know N8 in USA t-mobile so they automatically give the casumers GPRS data instead of HSDPA.
So take it to t-mobile and let them understand that N8 is fully able of 3G access.

But I'm using Tmobile 3G....
How c... more First tap on or near to the battery meter. A pop-up window should appear. Tap on the battery icon and check to see if power save mode is active.
If that don't work, make sure you have got the correct internet and mms settings from your operator then goto Settings > Connectivity > Admin. Settings > Packet data and make sure Access point is set to your service providers Access point name, and while your there set High Speed Packet Access to Enabled.

See that none of the gold part of the jack is visible
Over time the 3.5 mm jack will loosen up.

I have purchased Nokia N8 and found that Headset is not working fine. Can anybody help me out how to resolve this issue.
