I have my N8 since it was first launch... moreBecause iphone 3gs has a cortex-A8 and N8 has an ARM11. Cortex-A8 is faster than ARM11 at the same clock speed.
Besides, ios and symbian are totally different OSes and behave differently, so they can't be compared directly.

this is an awesome phone with no trouble factor. I've monopoly with nokia brands so i'll be the nokia , if you know how to use symbian os then it'll never gives you problem otherwise you'll face lots of problem .

useless phone...
Bought this fone a month back and i'm extremly disappointed...
the phone hangs atleast 2-5 times a day..
hav formatted it 3 times by myself and once at the customer care center.
still no luck..
STILL WAITING TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR THE HANG ISSUE.

Hey Guys - about this N8
I think its a really great phone, comprising of EVERYTHING people want nowadays ... I have heard people say that it has a virus in it; the Symbian ^3 sucks and its slow, it crashes, blah blah and similar shit
But I think if you take really good care of it, it will work like a normal smartphone
