Tk, 26 Apr 2011I've been using the N8 from January with only one problem. ... moresometimes it takes just a format, had a problem when pressing the APPLICATION icon, it would take about 9 secs for it to respond. last week i decided to format and vwala its working like a charm.

i bought nokia n8 in phnom penh and using it 2 months so far, it good hand phone. Only i'm not happy with it battery is not so good if compare to nokia n95 8gb and there is no converter !

it even matchs dslr standards in daylight... but yes no camera phone can replace a dslr for low light as dslr provides greater exposure

I've been using this phone for two months, and for me it's perfect! Always had Nokia's Phones and symbian^3 it's a pretty good OS for users like me, you like to game, browse, take so pictures and record some videos! Everything runs sweet, and with the upcoming update it will be even better!
It's so good to have "USB on the go" and seeing movies with SRT. subtitles and connect directly in your LCD with the HDMI out! Those little things that make diference! And ofcourse, if you like photos and HD video, N8 it's the best outhere!
I'm really satisfied!

I'll be buying either nokia C7 or N8 next week. C7 is 50,000 - 55,000 in Nigeria while N8 is 75,000 - 80,000. Is it worth paying an extra #30,000 for N8 or shld i stick with my dream C7?

I've been using the N8 from January with only one problem. It shows a black screen when exiting the menu for maybe 5 sec. I got an alert for a new software please advice if i should update or not and if it will solve my problem. Thanks for your time guys.

For those who intend to buy the N8, make sure that you are not fond of placing down the phone on car seats, sofa ( esp. leather )or on top of table with mat because you will have difficulty in hearing the ringtone when somebody calls you. The reason behind is the location of the speaker hole at the back tends to be blocked when the bottom portion is in contact.Actually, i am already getting used in getting missed calls. It will be unusual to turn the phone around placing the touch screen first. Nevertheless, just want the readers to observe this detail first before buying the N8 but if you're cool with that concern then the N8 is a good phone to have!

I've been using mine for 4 months already and it works fine except one important event ( my daughter's dance number in school) where i need to use the video recording and wella !!!!... it hanged!!! It kept on indicating an error. So i restarted the phone immediately and by the time it was ready, the dance was already over.....Anyway, aside from that, everything is ok!!!!
