Yes, a non-removable battery is annoying, but if you think that it makes a phone a "loser", then iphone 4 must have lost already, but it didn't, nor did N8.

Nokia N8 has very poor quality of Camera, if you compare with 3.2 MP its batter than 12 MP, when you capture a picture always folk on the back side of picture.

People, it's not LOOSE or LOOSING.
These words mean "to free, to let go, to release".
The correct words are LOSE and LOSING, which mean "to miss, to waste, to misplace".

@Ray Hipkiss and NEWS
Thanks for your informative comments.
Hopefully those people, who are not aware of the characteristics of AMOLED screens, will start to understand this matter.
The color tint issue of AMOLEDs is just like the "no true black" issue of LCDs.
A CCFL or even an LED back-lit LCD, cannot display true black, because the back-light is always on.
Even current local-dimming LED LCD aren't able to do that for all scenes, unless manufacturers can manage to make an LED LCD panel that has an LED for each pixel. I'm not sure if that's even possible.
Most AMOLED displays have a slight color tint, mostly because of their non-equal subpixels and the way manufacturers calibrate them.
This part is straightly taken from the Disadvantages segment of the OLED article on wikipedia:
"Color balance issues:
Additionally, as the OLED material used to produce blue light degrades significantly more rapidly than the materials that produce other colors, blue light output will decrease relative to the other colors of light. This differential color output change will change the color balance of the display and is much more noticeable than a decrease in overall luminance. This can be partially avoided by adjusting colour balance but this may require advanced control circuits and interaction with the user, which is unacceptable for some users. In order to delay the problem, manufacturers bias the colour balance towards blue so that the display initially has an artificially blue tint, leading to complaints of artificial-looking, over-saturated colors. More commonly, though, manufacturers optimize the size of the R, G and B subpixels to reduce the current density through the subpixel in order to equalize lifetime at full luminance. For example, a blue subpixel may be 100% larger than the green subpixel. The red subpixel may be 10% smaller than the green."

@NEWS
I also looked into this tint matter last night, and found out that other OLED phones, like HTC desire and nexus one, also do suffer from this issue, but apparently on a lower scale.
All in all, a slight tint is normal, but if your phone has a excessive level of it, you should get it fixed but don't expect to have a COMPLETELY tint-free display.
