Very funny...
SOmeone is comparing SE Xperia camera with Nokia N8...!
Come on guys... Do some home work before commenting anything here...
There is no other mobile phone camera which can come close to Nokia N8... That's of course professional's point of view... Ordinary users may have some other views though...!

Im not sure its hapning i dob that nokia will use another frmworrk so its in sim and will so beter 2 go and buy the iphone4 that mak ur needs go out ...

well u might be right at video recording thing u have mentioned...but my concerned was only pics.i just need my sites pictures to be very clear from the "detailed" point of view...thats all i want from phone cam...so that it would help me to create better working drawings...
and i have tasted the pic quality on my 26" desktop and not on my 3.5" N8s display... :-)m saticfyed with my N8...if u feel SE is better in this department then defin8ly go for it...atleast u'll be happy with what u've chosen...as simple as that !!!!
if u want everything better then simply increase ur budget a bit and go for samsung galaxy-s II or if u feel SE has better cam perfomnce then stick to ur other option of desired SE !!!

Iam also oNe of those lucky n8 owner that dont have pRoblem with amoled display.
To those who have problem with display, try to install lightctrl application and set the brightness to 73, it will resolve your pRoblem

Nokia doesn't support Symbian^3 OS anymore and now is going to windows so why should anybody bye this phone?!!

ariv, 02 Mar 2011this is the 3rd month i am using this fone i seriously am ... moreyour lucky, mostly N8 display is washout color not accurate, instead of black->its look reddish, so if you watch movie dark color switch to reddish, clock half is black and half is reddish the normal is pure black... qtorch app normal color is black but its look reddish...

this is the 3rd month i am using this fone
i seriously am not understanding what is the issue with purple/red screens and other imperfections that are being pointed out
i think it is a great device and at least Nokia is giving software updates i am sure they will have more

Gitty, 28 Feb 2011yes ! Itz nt depend on a theme ,btwn itz not a problem 4 me... more its a hardware problem and nokia care need to fix this.. try to install qtorch app, lagoom test its failed.. Even movie film instead black or dark gray color its look reddish...

You can download spb shell in mobile9.com for free..you don't need to pay. The ndesk ui is available in ovi store..there is also voyager homescreen also available in ovi store.
