Yeah mine was pretty bad. It lasted about a day and a half to 2 days and that was with medium use if that. I have gone back to the original Nokia battery which I can get 3 days of use from, so yeah don't bother buying an 1000Mah battery. Mobilefun did not show the correct picture, god knows why. The battery that came was black, I think its the same battery thats being sold on other sites. It is ok for a backup battery I guess as mine only takes just over 30 mins to charge. I probably won't use it again though, going to stick with my nokia one as that takes 1 hour 10 mins to charge and gives me more stanby time etc. I just hope nokia release a better battery or have the N80 on the software update site very soon.

Nokia better be allowing existing users to update theirs phones to this new "Internet Edition" or there will be strong words.... I bought the phone thinking that SIP/VoIP was going to work out the box (the option is the menu). Apart from that, amazing phone. Yes you can turn off Wi-Fi BTW.

I have question on Wi-Fi, its spec says 802 11g, so does that mean it won't work with a,b networks
and the FM radio, how does this work does need at kind of activation with service provider, any anwers for these q are welcome, thanx in advance

Nokia Oh Nokia ! I've waited so long for a masterpiece like this to be released. I can't really think of anything left out on this phone. I use it as my little baby / PDA.
And for the query; how can the N91's video rec. be better than this folk if N91's vid res. is half of N80 ? NAH - I don't think so !

whats the audio / mp3 player like on this phone is it as capable as the n91?? cos if you go for 2gb card that is plenty to store music instead of unnecessary 4gb hard drive

ive looked back at the forum and ben got his from mobile fun so theres only a report from him to see if theres is any better performance..Mine & victors were bought from different firms but both have on the front UP TO 1000MA so that could disguise a myriad of actual performances but bens does not have an actual picture on the site to compare the battery.THinking of getting n93 but its just money probs at moment.Going to get it not off internet this time & give it a good hammering to see if its any better cause its easier to return it as the stores is there its not in cyberspace

to ben & battery person,,,are you getting better results with 1000ma batt..mine is worse than original nokia battery & seems to go from 5 bars to 1 bar in 20 mins of mp3 playing or just switching it off & on?? Igot mine from datakits but i think its a dud battery are you gwetting any better results & where did you purchase your battery from

Why is the video recording quality on the Nokia N80 WORSE than the Nokia N91?
i used to own the N91 and that was great at recording in terms of Audio and visual quality..
the N80 is grainy! thoughts?

nokia n80.the smartest mobile phone that i have ever seen.it has all the latest function that we need in the fast world.the camera resulation is very good.over all n80 is very cool.
