Don't buy this phone! Sold mine after a month of using it. i need to reformat the phone every 2 weeks. It took 57 seconds just to send one message! After reformatting it's fine, it'll just take like 5sec to send one. It's very annoying especially when your'e in a hurry. And all throughout that 57secs you can't do a thing, it's like the phone crashed and it's waiting to be rebooted.

thanks for your reply kenny. i got them off mobile9.com,the wallpapers n stuf work n the videos but jus dnt no wot t do with the themes,found sum realy good ones too.

to loz i only have themes that came with phone & going on the phones browser to nokia themes it says none available yet,,Been to other sites but they dont work on my n80 so i am just waiting for now as still alot of stuff will not work on the new s60 third edition,,Anyone got any more themes info please tell as im stuck

I have the N80 on 3, and admittedly, the battery life is very unimpressive. Having read that there is an option to improve battery life, by switching to GSM, i was very angry when i found out that 3 removed this option.
Nokia told me that 3G networks are very demanding of 3G phones and so that battery life will inevitably be much shorter regardless of whatever phone, and the battery life estimates they give are based on gsm networks. If ANYONE has any tips to preserve battery life please SHARE! My phone lasts 2 days with minimal talk time, and no listening to music or taking pictures.

The nokia N80 is a very elegant and smart phone, easy to use, but the battery life is poor, we def need a better battery. because the battery life spoils the whole phone because no one wants a phone with a bad battery life!!!

i waited for nokia n80 for long time and was just purchased when came to know that its battery timing is so short. ohhhhhhhh. its great disappointing for me. i had experiencd that in each nokia mobile phone, some of the drawback is intentionally left by manufactrer.so that customer may come for another soon, after experiencing one phone. nokia will never make a perfect phone. these are the tactics to force the customer to come change one after another.

a more powerful battery thats all we want. its still a long way to go before nokia will release their n83 as rumored. 2007 will be its release.

Cannot believe america behind us in uk & from sharp 903 site it seems like new zealand /aust are not getting our handsets just yet..NOT having a go at you in anyway just so suprised i thought americas wud have top of the range advanced fones with it being the only superpower !!!
