Hello guys,
There are too many posts to read to find out the answer my question.
I am asking only to N80 owners,
What is the average battery life on this phone, considering I will just use the Mp3 player for about 20 min per day and wifi maybe once a week. Rest for calls, games and 3rd party apps???
I really apreciate your help.

remenber people nokia brand its famous for producing quality phones. they would not sell so much if their phone were not reliable, but they are the best! camera n93, screen (Eseries ALL and some Nseries ALSO The series 40 ,6131) mp3 n91(some will disagree with me but its a matter of taste, megabass its nice sometimes but its not always good to have it on) UI S60 S40) Reception & quality (this is something u may know already)
all this will be soon into a single phone expect the n83, with 5mpx there are already pictures on the internet and it looks awesome!

now i can access to the Internet using the n80 (awesome phone)
But here's the new issue, how can i change from the original view (of a website) to the mouse thing?
I already tried selecting the advance settings>small screen
But the page doesn't look like in the gsmarena.com review (you know, the new web browser)

Guys,
Im not sure if any one you noticed something weird on this phone. As usual, i was playing around w/ it and started noticing that the spellings are kinnda screwed off on the HELP.
Secondly, when you add a contact with the first and the last name, the last name comes first. To change that, you need to go to Menu>Contact>Options>Settings> From here select either of the two options(firstname,lastname/ lastname, firstname)... the problem is: THE SETTINGS OPTION UNDER OPTION IS NOT THERE!!! WEIRD!! anyone have anything to say to this??

Unlike the Nokia 6600 i had a long time back, i can't seem to find any good freeware games/applications for N80. Anyone want to help me out on this?

To setup the WIFI:
1. Tools>Settings>Connection>Wireless LAN> Make sure "Show Availability" is YES.
2. Tools>Settings>Connection>Access Points>Options>New Access Point>Use default settings:
Connection Name: You can change this to whatever you want to name your WIFI
Data Bearer: Change this to Wireless LAN
WLAN Netw Name: Select Serach for Netw and wait for avalable networks (make sure you are in range of a WIFI and select your desired WIFI)
WLAN Security Mode: WEP
WLAN Security Settings>WEP Key Settings: All these options should be the same as your WIFI settings in the computer/laptop.
After entering all the required info, open up your Web Browser and enter a website. The phone will ask you which access point to use and select the one you just created. If all your settings are okay, the internet should work without a problem.

That's what i was asking other ppl. Personally i'm more into black than siler so i got the black one. Others told me that silver looked a bit more like plastic. Well, just get a color you like better. They'r both nice:) g'luck with the purchase. Id highly recommend www.mobilecityonline.com:)

so how u all coping with ya bricks and ya crap batt life hehe i sent mine back thank god my sis works for o2 and ya na why they arnt in stock much guys well the real reason is that they dunt wanna bring em out on the markit there scared of the overflow to cust serv the complaints dept to see why there batts lasting aday oh well good look guys

hey ppl.. all are saying.. this phones battery sucks.. so wat if we use a more power full battery than this.. then it will be ok right... like n93 once.. im not sure.. but just my idea. thanks

can anyone answer and tell me the answers to the questions?? :
1) how come my memory card only has 20 mb left when it's a brand new 128mb? what happened to it? where are the files from, cuz i can't find them...
2) can the fone use the flash WITHOUT turning on the camera, or just use it like a flash light?

Just recieved the Sony Ericsson K800i but not really impressed with it having tried out the N80,the K800i wins on the battery life to me the N80 shouldn"t have been released until it firewall an software was sorted out,the N83 is the next one from Nokia an this phone looks superb as i got a email from mobile review .com showing me the pictures,hope the slider this time is spring loaded because the N80 was not easy to push up an no ledge helping you pushing the front part upwards,i will try the N73 next

if you want a great camera that can call and send sms, buy sek800. is you want a smart phone whit a normal camera, and whit wifi, go for n80.
