is there anything i should worry 'bout the sliding system...?
like my friend's n6280 that went malfunction since the sliding system scratched the cable inside, said the service center's guy...

Like JAS3210 said... there's no settings under the options menu in Contacts. I have a European phone, maybe that's why. I even tried looking for it in another n80 but couldnt find it there either.
I tried to updates the firmware (even though mine is the latest one), its the same thing: no settings under Contacts.
I have no idea way its not there!!

i agree n70 is gud at taking pics but i dnt agree with it being better than n80, the pics dnt just depend on pixels like u said, its the compresion it uses wen saving the image, n70 compreses the 2mp images to around 500kb in file size which is ok 4 a 2mp camera, with my n80 and a tweek of the camera settings it can produce 3.2 mp images at around 2mb in file size, thus having better compresion rate than n70 and sum images iv taken with n80 blows the likes of n70 and even the n90 away! another thing, my sony cyber shot 5mp cam compreses the 5mp images to around 2.5mb, so here u can c n80s comprestion/rendering is very good! ro get ur n70s and n80s out and take sum pics and i asure u, under gud lighting conditions the n80 will win hands down, n70 is a top cam fone iv owend 1 and loved it but n80 has the edge over it!

does anyone now how to use this N80 as remote control on computer tv vcr and dvd's i heard that you can use as a remote or is there like an application like the old phone like the 6600 that uses psiloc for universal remote please..... thanks

the N70 takes better pictures, even though the pixel count is less, the image processing is dedicated on the 70 and shared with other functions on the 80 and the CCD chip is smaller...see, MP means fook all, it's all in the lens and the quality of the chip and processing..

It does support SIP so it can be used for voice over IP calling .

Hi every one one thing to notice In nokia N80 it dose not have UMA technology UMA means VOIP means you can use your mobile for internet calling. IF some know how to use let me know. I check with nokia support team they also conform that it dose not have UMA, Gsmarena Team you need change the information.

can anyone please tell me how to get the contacts in the right order,it doesn't seem to matter which way i set up,i.e first name lastname,last name first name,it all comes out wrong,if i want to call a mate who's name begins with G i want to press G and the names begining with that come up,not every contact with a G somewhere in it!!!!! seems like a small problem but its doing my nut in,thanks

Friends believe it or not N80 is GREAT! when you use it you can feel the difference... so rush to ur market get N80 today....NOOOOW.. or you gona miss it!!
