ok, after more analysing, the phone is big but it could be overlooked if the slider was more robust.
anyone considering this phone should bear thisd in mind. it's not for your back pocket. i've had it open when taking out of pockets and putting in. it needs a stronger mechanism imo.

Krissii, the reason why picture messages other people send you tend to be small is that generally mms messages tend to be of lower resolution in the first place. Couple this with the fact that the N80 screen is high resolution and what results is a small image, just packing the detail into less area. You could always zoom into the image though!

HI guys. just wanted to know which has a better display. this n80 or the n92? i dont know why but i'm not so happy with the n80. feals like i made the wrong choice. its kinda slow. well let me know if you think that the n92 is better

What kind of clothes are your wearing DB, maybe your really small? My phone is almost twice the size of N80 and i could easily fit 3 of them in one pocket.

how small r ur pockets??? the n80 fits into all my pockets including my shirt pocket and thats quite small, i cant c what the prob is? the n80 is the smalest s60!

sammy are u mad its the same size as a credit card its georgeous i dont normally like nokias bt i may get this one wiv a 3.2 mega pixel its worth the size x ;)

I got a N80 and have been trying to configure the Outgoing Email server to send emails from my gmail account but failed despite following all instructions.
Anyone got a solution?

this phone is too big! i'm considering sending it back because it doesn't fit in any pocket without the slider opening and/or danger to the lens on back or to the front.
poor build quality mean this is just not practical.
trouble is, what else should i get. considering the k800

what sort of audio prob? they dnt sound v gud? make sure u encode mp3/wma at 128kbps and 44khz other wise they wnt sound as gud as they cud, i do mine in wma format using these settings and they sound fine, a standard 3 min song is around 3mb! any lower than this will sound poor!

Hi there, I've got a audio problem w/ my N80. sound is not very good when I autimatically encode songs to Nokia format. Do you have the same problem?

Same here, I am tossing between N80 and E70. N80 has all features that I am looking for but concern about the battery life and lack of keyboard. E70 has keyboard, long battery life but bulky.
Any recommendations?

Could somebody tell me if there is a PDF reader software for Nokia N80?
I have this phone since last week and I think
it is simply great! Except for the lack of PDF reader I can not mention any serious shortcoming!

QUOTE: ITS ONLY 3.2 MEGA PIXELS WEN DOWNLOADING TO PC? wtf, if u dnt know what ur talkin about then dnt, n80 stores pic on handset in 3.2 mp size so pc has NOTHING to do with pics being 3.2 mp! as for the k800i, lol it mite have a slightly better cam but what else does it have???? NOTHING, not a patch on the n80! so stop moaning, get ur facts rite and go and annoy the SE boys with ur talk!

I have a question regarding to N80 software. I saw some people sale a software for N80 on ebay which have theme, wallpaper, screen saver etc.. Do you think it good to buy? Also if N80 doesnt have screen saver then how can the program will work...Thanks for your help....
