But myu associates say that there N83.
So still confused what to buy.
Cause most of my handphones were sent to Iraq for calling.

I am really interested in this phone
Can anyone help me to make a decision.
I keep seeing that the phone battery life is bad also the sliding is loose.
I currently have a Nokia 6280 which I is great but looking for a better phone.

hi.well, i`ve been waiting for this phone for a long time.got one for me and one for my girl.she loves the design,i also quitre like it.but phone opens in her hand bag,as well as it does in my pocket, which isn`t any good.when it comes to funcionality it`s worse than 6630/6680.3rd edition of symbian means not much software yet,battery is RUBBISH (if u use phone every day dont forget to charge it every night!!!)another thing, forget about useing BL-5C battery in N80.it won`t fit.N80`s battery is smaller!!!wifi works fine, but nokia didnt put any software to make setting up process simpler so it takes time to set it up in this phone.unless you get hotspot finder from psiloc.com @15£ (you can get it for free from seme websites thou)i also use i-mate jasjar.going online thru wifi is as easy as it is on my laptop.limited number of languages is another disadvantage.hard to write without T9.as soon as any SE (smaller than se p990i) with wifi comes out i`m selling n80.i use nokias since 1996 and i think it is time for a change.i`ll try E60 soon, and if it`s not any good,sorry nokia.you are the weakest link...good bye...

if some one could put wifi, 3g, and colour screen in 6310i, i`d pay almost any money to get it done.that would be propably the best phone on the world...

Hi, I’m really interested in buying N80, I cannot wait to do so, because I have N70 now; I’m worried about a couple of things:
1. Speed of the phone as the N70 is a little bit slow (and specially that I’m thinking of getting a 2GB Memory Card).
2. First row of keypad and it’s being narrow (not friendly to send messages).
Can some one who used it answer me, thanks.

yeh truley great phone btu battery sux m8. i hope nokia bring out another 1.
ok i get up at 7am, do the daily thing goto college until 5. come home at 5 then i charged my phone for approx 5 - 10 mins. goto work, till 10, do watever and charge me phone over night. has not gone dead on at this day btu has got to 1 battery :(. but its a great phone the battery lets it down. and the camera in the dark.

I have bought this great mobile abroad. It is outstanding, I am very proud of it and Nokia has made a truly stuning astounding mobile. well done Nokia !!The camera is perect, memory is great,the colours are stunning, Well It has evrything great and Nokia are the real leaders in this !! Nokia I love you !!

I have a nokia black n80 for about 2 weeks and its great!Its camera is fantastic,you can see every detail and i make pretty good photos in the night at a far distance!I had a nokia n90 and a nokia 6280 because im a big fan of nokia and this is the best nokia phone!The sound quality is very good too!I reccomand it too anyone that wants a good phone!I dont know why you reccomand the Sony Ericsson because You cany compare a nokia with a SE!

I can't understand all these negative comments about this phone.
Build quality is outstanding and the slider is as solid as a rock. The video OMG it's just fantastic, so crystal clear even in poor light and the battery lasts 3-4 days even with plenty of action.
I have now bought another N80, I'ts cost me lots but this is the best phone I have ever used.
I wouldn't mess around with the firmware as the original one IS THE BEST. I have not had a problem.
Trailblaser, I am only 12 and have a low IQ due to a birth defect.

There are 4 shutter sound available when taking picture.... there is no way to off the shutter sound

guys plz tell me hows the sound quality frm the phone loudspeaker as compared to n91 and n70 and frm the supplied earphones as compared to n91 and ipod.
i cant wait anymore.

Is that release date on O2 for upgrade or new contract, or both?
I was thinking of starting a new contract with O2 in July and getting an N80. Hopefully it will be available by then. I was holding out for the N71 but I don't think that phone will ever get released on any network.

If i didn't need 350+ txts a month, i would not be waiting on O2 direct. Its hard to get contract with so many free txts otherwise.
