Quite chuffed with a deal i've just got with O2.

Still £129.99 phone, but I have it on O2 200, half price rental for 12 months, with a further 20% off - meaning just £12 per month!

Stock is supposed to (finally) come in on 6th June. 1st batch was faulty, hence the further delays.

Just saw the phone in a high street shop (on Vodafone) - it is a hell of a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be - no problem with accessing the top row of numbers as mentioned in the review.

            Thanks H!

I've just read in another forum thank the container ship delivering the N80 to the UK sank on route, does anyone know if this is true or a hoax story? Is that why there are no Black N80's in the UK???

@ TAil... I doubt that black version is limited as I found it in shops in Croatia and usually you do not get limited editions there due to small market. Price is as you listed for UK, but this is becuase it comes as phone only for now (no packaged version yet).

the phone is brilliant, for those who are concerned about the camera sound when they take pictures or record video, yes you can turn the sound off, to do this go into the phone setting icon and then disable the keypad sound of the phone.by doing this the camera sound will not function when you press the shutter

Just spoken to Carphonewarehouse, they have told me that the Black version of the N80 was a very Limited Edition & that you can no longer get it! So I then rang Nokia direct to see what they had to say about it & they said nothing of the sort, the N80 is available in both Black & Silver versions...

So can anyone tell me why on god's earth none of the service providers (O2, Vodafone, Orange, etc) are doing the Black version of this phone? It's doing me head in!!!!

I have found it on the internet but you have to pay about £500 for it!

                        Anyone got any ideas???

Had this phone for 3 days. It has got some really good features and very fast UI, but had lots of bugs. When starting the phone it would immediately send packets of data to Orange Internet. Crashed on me twice within 2 days. I sent it back and will re-order it again when these bugs are fixed.

please can someone tell me how to switch off the blue flashing light on the top left hand corner of the phone..I assume its a service light similar to the ones Samsung phones used to have..its annoying as hell. Cheers.

Don't get it on 3. I'm sorry but that network is still pants! Vodafone, O2 or T-Mobile are the only networks worth going on.

Got my phone on Saturday too. Was told the black ones won't come out for a few months :( Anyway, the phone is brill. No problems with the buttons, infact I think they are more solid than those on the N70! First thing i experimented with was the Home Media/SimpleServer feature (WLAN). Well there was no problems with that too. Hooked up to my WPA/PSK no problems and i was uploading and playing files that my phone found on my PCs! Watch out for the battery draining quickly if you leave WLAN scanning for WLANs every 5 mins!

Did anyone else notice on the contacts list, it has an option for PTT number? Thought that was cool, but PTT still isn't over in the UK yet (or have i got that wrong?)

Only gripe (again) is why do you have an IM program if there's no configuration data for it!?!?! Other than that minor gripe, the N80 is awesome!

Had my N80 Sat May 20th off Orange. No problems so far and the camera is awesome! The screen is so high res that fontsize for texts is a bit small (need my glasses on!) does anyone know if fontsize can be changed please - had a phone 2 years ago where could do it.

can anyone tell me if this phone has a utility that will enable the user to use the built-in memory or minisd memory card as a removable hard drive when connected to a pc?
