hey craig i just disovered something ( i dunno if u already knew) but i've been browsing hte internet by going to services and typing the address on that browser (which works fine), but if you go to 'My own' and click on 'Web' there's a way better browser with a curser and everything.

            *agrees with m9F6*

N83 is probably real. But it isnt even announced yet and it wont be released till april 2007. Waiting for a phone for a whole year is just stupid.

              To Y11e

I dont think i have ever heard anything more ridiculous.

So you sat there waiting for the N80. It comes out but the N83 has been "rumoured" with some most likely FAKE/MADE UP pictures and specs.

So now you wait for the N83.

Then, i can ASSURE you, the N84/85 will be "rumoured" (followed by some more FAKE pictures and specs) when the N83 comes out, meaning: will you then buy the N83 or will you wait for the N84?

Erm... Good luck buying a phone.

I think what you need to realise is that when you buy a phone - 3 months later - it is already YESTERDAYS news. Old technology. THATS how fast cell tech is advancing. If you have waited on the N80 for this long, just buy the goddam phone and stop your pointless, embarrassing fantasies about a "rumoured" ghost phone. (Oh, and perhaps accept that unless you want to spend $3500 dollars a year on phones, you ALWAYS will have a "past it" phone...)

              Wake up.

Forget N80 now. Go for N83. Just the perfect phone. N80 stands no where before N83. What a looks, features, 4Gb hard drive, 5MP camera, 3.5mm jack, mechanical slider, autofocus, carl zei,,,lense blah blah blah..

Incredible phone N83! Nokia shouldn't have declared that so soon. This will adversly affect N80 market. I am already double minded:(

the speed get's slower and slower if u don't properly exit the apps after u've used them. I kept forgettin to do this at first and had to restart the phone when i forgot to properly close the last 10 apps i had open

Well i suppose if you made it ask you every time you go on the net it will give you a choice between the other connections so it won't connect to wap/gprs or anything unless you tell it to...

to get msn i downloaded this program called 'quick IM' and installed it on the phone through bluetooth using the pc suite. I think this was the one i downloaded:

am loving this phone, camera, music and video are sweet. happy with the phones size too, it is managable in jeans...other trowsers would be a little tight. wouldnt mind the side mec locking a little tigher as i ofen open the phone while pulling it out of my pocket.

i have a wlan question though. as my router fliters by MAC address i need to be able to obtain my N80's MAC address and input it into the router. then the N80 will be able to connect to my wlan. anyone know how to get the phones MAC address? would be appreciated...
