Well i found it easy to connect to my wlan router - i just went into Services > options > Change 'access point' to 'Always Ask'. Then exit back to menu, go back into services and when you try and go on a website it should search for access points. When I did this it found my router and vodafone live connections and asked what i wanted so i pressed my home network name and it connected and I went on ebay and stuff, I also downloaded a messenger program and connected to msn through my router which is kl

where would be the best place to buy the n80 or n70 phone, went to a few places, prices are diff. i've ask the shop in P.sing, it's stated those shop in funan are selling fake or second hand phone that's why it's cheaper there. ture? can they be trusted?

im really pleased with my n80 but just one question i dunno if anyone can answer:

Like a lot of nokia smart phones it has a gallery for images and video. when you open the gallery you can see all your images and 3gp clips... I wanna know if it's possible to separate them because I don't like having my personal photos displayed with my 3gp video clips :\ anyone know how to separate images from video? I've tried putting the video clips into a new folder but the gallery seems to just find it again lol.

but lets not forget that one of the usability speed's requirement is processor clock rate. (and also RAM, file system and etc.)

being a multimedia phone, its not just the usability speed that matter, but also how the phone handles games graphics, video playback and etc (since n80 doesnt ave any GPU's).. i think this make sense..

From video of the N80 we can see that it is faster then the n70 even with a higher res screen and added features. And even if it stayed with the same processor this would be great cause this would mean that Nokia has effiency on their mind and that it use the same processor but all would work faster and probably a slower processor would mean lower power usage. If it has 300+ mhz, great! But if not also great, cause it stil performance fast.

I think ultimately the processor shouldn't matter but the usability speed. Because if it would be slow with either 200 or 300 mhz we would be complaining. So let's just be happy it's fast.....

                              Just my opinion

Most phone brands don't publish any infos on the CPU's used in their phones (apart from HTC and other WM device manufacturers) - but Symbian has a reputation for being slow, and therefore 'telling' everybody that newer devices use a faster CPU would make sense imho...

Anyway, n80 should really have this new faster (300+) processor because besides of being the jack of all trades (all standard features for a smartphone) it also have 3mpixel cam (and high res. screen).. if it uses the old processor, saving image @ full res. can take a lot of time (3-5sec.)...

Received N80 two days ago, it is an excellent mobile on performance and functions, But I have decided to return it for a refund as one thing lets the side down, that is the lack of software for S60 series 3 including Tom Tom Mobile, so I have decided for now to stick with my trusted Nokia N70.
