hermonius.. you can use the wlan to connect to your home network and use your broadband internet on your phone. You can use UPnP to connect to the TV and stream to it.
You can't receive TV on the N80 unless you are on Vodafone live and get a few channels streamed to your phone over 3G. Or you can wait till 1st June when the blcx box (£200) will be released and you can stream TV from your home to your phone anywhere in the world so you can have all your channels on your TV at home also on your mobile phone.

To all UK people, just wait a little bit longer.
Nokia reps having been doing the rounds to shops like Carphone Warehouse, etc, etc, and said the N80 will be out in May.

kawp- i live in the UK and no where has it. its balls. I want to know were to buy this phone even on orange. i just wnat the cheapest price :D

does this phone has a TV output..
N93 mentioned it has a TV output cable in addition to WLAN and UPNP..does this mean that N80 can also be connected to TV using WLAN and UPNP...???
any one please reply..
can i view the phone in my laptop as both have WIFI????

Just spoke to vodafone and they said they are releasing now on the 12th May
Just have to wait longer

finally the n8o is oficialy in stores in dubai. i went and bought one today there are so many things in this fone. gtg and fugure out some thing s in this phone :P

i wanna clarify few things.
1.what is UMA in WLAN which in not there in N93...
2.Will AUTOFOCUS make a gr8 difference.
3.Will carl-zeiss optics make a difference.
4.though u have TV out put in N93 cant TV out put be taken from N80 using WLAN or UPNP?
5.Can i operate my laptop which has b and g with my N80 which has only g...
please guys clarify my queries?

I don't suppose anyone knows of anywhere (inc. the web) where I can pick up a black one of these? Apparently it's been "released"(?!), but you could have fooled me...

Geesuz.. can't believe GSMArena still hasen't post a extensive review of this phone. Unlike everyone who's got too much money in their accounts, I'm gonna wait and see if this thing has problems and how really good is the camera/MP3 player/bugs(the lack of) in the OS. Maybe this thing is so expensive, even GSMArena can't afford it?! :P

Vodafone UK told me on Monday it would be available today. Called them today, and now they say it's not available until May 12th!!

this phone is sooo ovepriced...you could get a very decent digi camera and a FREE contract of a brilliant phone all for under the price of this phone. People pls use common sense.. if you want to throw money away, throw it to the poor or something, and not to those ego inflated nokia staff.

i went to nokia causeway pt(SINGAPORE) they told me N80 will be available in early may Price between $1200-$1300 Wow very expensive

Just this minute spoke to Vodaphone,N91 & N80 have just been put back to 12 May.Also on £35+ contract should be below £100.
