Yes, if you have a wireles router, you can connect to the internet and use it in your living room using WLAN as this fone has WIFI.
If Vodafone released it on 26th then howcome one guy said that he bought from Vodafone yesterday?
I think Truthteller has left the forum and now aparently we have no trustworthy sourse on release date :(

If you don't believe me why don't you just use your head and email or ring vodafone yourself? It is released on 26th April, I was only trying to be helpful but there you go.

On a site in Holland they say it comes in May or Juni. I cant wait, but I realy want the black one.

With regard to your email concerning the Nokia N91& N80 we can confirm that these handsets are scheduled for release during the 2nd quarter of 2006. We do not have access to dates for shipping the handsets to the stockists.

The more I read on the forum the more I tend to believe Truthteller.On one side u say vodafone will have it on 26th & at the same time one fellow says he bought it yesterday. On Easter Sunday ;)
I think noone on this forum has a damn clue when the phone is out and Truthteller is absolutely right. Dear Truthtreller, tplease, tell us something about release date.

Truthteller gone nuts!!! I'm in India & and my dealer confirmed release within 2-3 weeks, then from where you read about months? BTW, in India we don't get fones on contract. LOL

What are you on about? The N80 is available to buy from vodafone on 26th April. They emailed me this:
Dear Ms. Shillito,
Thank you for contacting Vodafone Customer Services regarding Nokia N80 phone on students tariff.
I am pleased to confirm that the Nokia N80 handset will be available from 26 April 2006. You can visit any Vodafone retail Store and any of our Customer service executive will be glad to assist you.

Ya i really want to see picture quality on the n80 to compatre it with k800 !! Is the performance on the n80 better than N70 (IS IT SLOW ??!!) cheers !

got mine saturday from vodafone shop , fantastic phone , well pleased . cant belive how good the camera is - better than my 5megapixel compact camera

I don't know what do u guys get by spreading the rumours around. Truthteller told us that it will be released in the next 2-4 months. And Nokia's mail to Hamood clearly proved it as well.
Throw the masks of illetracy away and wake up. The phone is not available anywhere and won't be available till the next 2-4 months.
Truthteller I appreciate that you had the courage and the character to speak truth and bring it to our attention. Thanks Man! Nokia Sucks Big Time!

I almost gave up waiting for Nokia N80 since 2005. :'( I really hope it is true that it would be released in Apr 2006.

I emailed Vodafone and the N80 is defo available to buy online on www.vodafone.co.uk on 26th April - fingers crossed it goes onto the student deal - if not should i get the nokia 6280?

I Asked "Nokia" About the releasing date ..
And here is what I got ..
" Dear Hamood ,
