dont buy asurion insurance it's so not worth it!!!! i bought asurion insurance for this phone (n80), and when my phone broke they want to exchange it with a sidekick and tmobile cheap phones....it was so frustrating!

I was planing to buy this phone also, but i'm very unhappy with reviews of other users who have this phone. According to their posts it seems that you can't use the battery more than one day, with hard using (listening mp3, browsing the internet thru wireless, taking pictures, watching video clips...)maybe less then one day, battery capacity is 820 mAh with 192 h stand by time and only 3 hours talk time. I think that SE P1 is much better solution for that money.

can i enjoy music more than 2 hr,1.5 hr talking,capture few video & picture in all days ?? which way u used ph . plz advice me! to main 20 hr stand by is perfect. plz replay me.

I don't understand the point with the battery life, how can Nokia made such a mistake with telephone like this, with all those options and capabylities and no power background to use them.
However, my question is can this phone support another battery with higher capacity. If somebody had experience with this please send my e-mail or post your opinion here.

plz help me, i want to buy this ph. but which is better. black or selver. does black has used steel . What is the differ in IE , normal edition. its output speker is like n70 ? can i use music more than 3hr in a full days with 2hr talking. u find any prbm with this ph. plz plz replay me.

The N80 is great,ive had mine for 4months now and im loving it. Three of my friends have N73s so i have used both phones.
If you dont need WiFi or a high resolution screen then get the N73-Music Edition,it has a better battery, better Music player and bigger screen or otherwise get a N81-8GB

this fone sux. it has been with me for almost 5 months and i hate it!!!although it has the best screen.the reception is tooo bad.this is for people that want a multimedia device rather than a fone.im goin for d900i or se k800.

Any user plz help me. which is the better.n73 or n80.
in our country is not support 3g, and i never use any wifi conection. than i can use n80 more than 2 days with 3hr music. i know n73 is good 3d sound,good camera. but i like slide mobile with OS. any user plz help me that upgrade firmware can less use the battery power. any user both ph. which is the good. plz reply me.i will be going to buy among those ph. help me

many application can install but with small RAM size? haha.. with slower processor? with smaller screen size but biggeer resolution? touchscreen is better to navigate, D-pad is harder to navigate application.. keypad also harder to navigate, small screen keyboard is better n faster in typing sms.. I've experienced all this.. my n80 is broke down because of the slider..

Hye all...
Im about to buy this fon. Even it was an old fon but the features is better compared to some nokia's new fon. Before i buy it...can someone tell me what the most problems with this fon coz i read all of the opinions here and some told that the battery, slide, sound, images are poor. Tq

I've got a N80 and I gave it in 3 times in the last year for software upgrades.I'll nerver make use of the Nokia N-series again.

Hi everyone. i have the N80 for more than a year and i must say the n80 is a brilliant phone as far as the applications/software are concerned. the design lacks a bit i must admit. it is a bit bulky and heavy but there are not many phone around which outrun the n80. you can download lot of applications and there is always something new to learn. the web browsing is brilliant and the whole concept of the phone is spectacular.i wish the n81 had a better camera, then i would definitely change for it. i think that i am going to change for the P1i because i heard not many good things about the n95. thanks

I have a n80 and personally i love my phone.
It has good things and bad things and for me the good beet the bad .
Now, I am annoyed with the nokia, nokia service.
My n80 has clearances of 2/3mm in sides and 1/2mm up / down.
do you think this is normal? I think not,but the boy in nokia service think yes. including badly treated me and said that the phone was good and that it would not do anything ... (i left the phone there in the same)
believe this? A phone is not just hardware and software, is also pos sale,am i right? I in this case im very bad served with nokia...
A phone considered by own nokia as top range or luxury has many weak construction, and the worse is that they fell this is normal...
I accept a small loose, after all is a slider phone but in the state of mine, the technicians say that the phone is good and that is normal ?!?!?
I am sad because of this situation and to tell the truth I am beginning to think that i am olone in this issue.
is that true? What do you think?

I just bought this phone and have to say its the worst model nokia ever. The battery is very poor.. lucky to get 24hrs before having to recharge it and thats not using bluetooth or internet. The slider is way too loose and opens easily when in pocket or in bag and unlocks automatically when slider opens.... very poor design by nokia. I absolutely do not recommend this phone.

If i were you i would take the N80 and get its firmware updated immediatly, but i would rather take the N81-8GB since you may find the N80 battery is pretty weak especialy when browsing big Web sites using 3G Or WiFi. The N81 is a lot newer, LOUD, supports the new N-Gage platform, WiFi, has a better battery and realy looks good, it shouldn't be too expensive. The problem with P1 is that there isn't a lot of Software (applications) out for it and all-in-all just not better than Nokia Nseries and Eseries phones.
