Why don't u try updating your phones firmware. All u have to do is install the Nokia PC Suite and the Nokia Software updater which u can download at http://www.nokia.co.uk/A4226014
Because i think there is a bug in your phone that causes malfunction of application.
Updating your firmware will help alot.

Hi buddies!! isn't cool for an N80 to have a Landscape mode in screen. Does anyone knew how will I make the screen in landscape which is normally in portrait..

Impossible, when u run setting wizard u will have 2 options E-mail and Operator, select Operator and it will detect what network provider u were in and it will automatically configure ur phone. If the operator is configured select e-mail to configure ur email.

The lastest firmware version of N80 is V 4.0707.0.7, when ur N80 has a firmware version of it. It's mainly called N80IE.

i have tried to update firmware, however it showed that the latest firmware version is 0.38... how i can update it to the most latest version??

I updated the firmware. Now the mobile runs faster, gets better coverage, battery lasts easily for 2 days, only the ram used up is more

Download the setting wizard at the nokia site or if your phone has that Setting Wizard, run the application and it will automatically confingure ur GPRS, MMS, Internet, and also e-amil.

To Nader,
The Advance sequence mode is activated in your case. All u have to do is to press option in the view finder screen whjile the camera is on the choose "Normal Mode"

can anyone help me with my problem, the camera seems to take forever to take the picture,, it will make the shutter sound and then take the picture seconds later, does anyone know why that is and how i can fix that?

Hey i bought this phone a week back..... it's awesome .... the only thing i disliked was the low battery backup.... n ya sometimes signal is not that strong..... .Rest the phone rocks...... the most fascinating thing about the phone is it's display better than any other phone in the market..... i can challenge u on this

This phone is quite the number...being an extraordinary, embellished piece of device, any wizkid could ask for. However, please don't patronize Nokia as they maek cheap quality phones that have nice exteriors, but slapdash interiors. The processors date back to what Sony was using five-six years ago. Dont patronize mainstream brands....but instead, get high-quality, value-for-money phones that will last a lifetime and customer-supportive, such as Pantech, VK Mobile, Qtek, and of course, Bird (also known as Flytech in certain countries) phones.

This is a brilliant phone, but I find that the signal is not as it is suppose to be. It will have only 1 or 2 bars signal when my older Nokia 6600 has full signal! Further on I have no pain. The sound is fantastic aswell!
