hi..erm..can anybody tel me about d battery life for dis phone?as well as d camera quality 4 both photo n video coz it only has 2megapixel so i worry tat mayb d camera is not tat good?n can anybody tel me bout d nite mode 4 dis phone?whether can take photo n video at nite?i'm using k810i so d photo quality at nite is good enuf 4 me..but i prepare 2change my hp to n81 due2 wlan..any commend?tq

hi, i really need help i bought the n81 and i dont know where to get programs for it such as dictonary, bluetooth camera taht you can view on ur laptop and al that softwars and programs. because am going to sell it if i dont find out how to get all programs or else it would be useless. thanks plz reply

Can anybody please tell me whether N81 has EDGE Class 10 or Class 32. I tried searching everywhere and looked up every spec sheet but nowhere is it clarified. Can somebody please confirm it for me. If it has EDGE Class 32, I'll go for this phone instead of 5700.

is that headset hs 45 given along with box has a very good stereo effect......
is hs 45 a good music headset.....

but however when ive tried formatting the memory card of my nokia n81 2gb the demos in the n-gage platforn stop working pls give me some advice and where could i download the handy taskman to kill na mp3 player tnx for the info that you would share pls send it also to my email @ roman_aawtzz@yahoo.com tnx ^__^

To the guy who asked about blacklisting... It is a process where the user reports a lost or stolen handset to his service provider who then add the IMEI to a National database of blacklisted phones. When you do blacklist they take your details so in the long run if it was a scam you will be hunted down for fraud, and yes it is shared with all other operators so it will be useless on all networks. Living in south africa, i c people with stolen/blacklisted phones almost daily, and all that happens is that the phone has all the functions except those requiring service i.e. Calls, gprs, etc... A blacklisted phone is like iPhone turning into iPod nano, overnight.

As of the moment, I'm still focusing on the ways of merging program development not just for Chemical engineers/students but also to other engineering students.Especially in solving complex Mathematics problems. In fact, with the help of my professor, we have made a program to solve "n" equations with "n" unknowns. "n" is any number. No boundaries!

Hello! I'm a senior Chemical Engineering student from the Philippines. I Had this phone just January this year(2008). I never had a regret of grabbing a Nokia N81. Very smart and user-friendly. Great music and user interface too! I agree that the camera's not that appreciable. Should I say, its a mediocre type but who cares? I usually prefer digital cameras over cellphones. Coz I think, nothing compares to digital cameras in taking excellent pictures.
Have you ever known Python Programming Language? It runs in Symbian60 mobile phones and its latest version is excellent for series60 third edition feature packs 1&2 (e.g. N81,N82,N95,N96 and other latest releases of N series not N80,N73,N70,N90,N91,etc.)
I have made computer programs in chemical engineering problems such as distillation, process optimization, evaporation, and the like.It even made me do away with my desktop and laptop computers. Thanks to Nokia N81. A very smart phone indeed. I recommend you guys to buy this unit. Whichever you prefer( the 2GB or 8GB), they are just the same in terms of functionality and features. Only memory varies.

i've also heard that one. i think it's true. nokia can do that with the help of the network providers. but i think it will take a lot of process. per anti-fencing law the person who buys stolen items (which presumed that he knows it was stolen) can be an accessory to the crime (robbery or theft). we can still buy pre-owned items, however, the burden lies with the buyer to make sure that the items he buy are not stolen. if you suspect that it's stolen (very low price, no proof of ownership, seller doesn't issue receipt and etc.) don't buy it.

Is the N81 any good with e-mails, and so partial bussiness app's.What's the internet connection & viewing like?? I need to do some work every now and then over the phone.

the obvious features that samsung G600 have against n81 are 5mp camera and tv out, while on the other way around, n81 have 3G, symbian OS and n-gage.
just know what features you need so that you can decide.
i have n81 and it's great. it lived up to my expectations.
