If you prefer HSDPA over WLAN, go for i450. But if WLAN is more important to you than HSDPA, go for N81. As simple as that!

i450 is a great phone, but id prefer my N81 any day. N81 has full dedicated Music keys, the Nseries Music Player, gaming keys, Wi-Fi, 3d dual separated speakers, more RAM and a much more brighter and clearer screen. If the above doesn't matter then get i450.

both fones are offering almost same features (N81 ... moresimple answer why we choose n81 against i450.
because n81 is nokia.
