Yes it does have wifi - works very well. Install Fring for MSN, Skype etc. Works very well with Bluetooth speakers. Good piece of kit

guys,anyone here who knows how to delete the artists in the music player? Whenever i'm trying to delete them, a notice like,"General:Feature not supported". I really need help..thanks.

Yep,same here,im a bit disappointed with the upcoming update as well, although from what ive read at N81Street besides FL3 and WRT being added,the Navi-Wheel will work in Menus with Long lists and with the Horseshoe Menu View but thats it, not too bad i guess, i just hope they can fix the sound delay bug in Ngage and i would love for the Gaming keys to be used as Shorcuts, and they would be great if active in Web browser in Landscape mode, lets just see what NOKIA do :-)

My N81 8G is one of my top phones so far. I also like my 5310 however, it doesn't have great speakers like that of N81. I have no problem transferring files. a very good investment so far.

I'm kinda disappointed w/ the updates for N81. I've read a couple of N81 forums regarding the next update. It seems the only new major feature that will be implemented on the new firmware is Flash Lite 3, which emTube can easily compensate.

for the people out there wanting to no what sounds better, nokia n91 or the nokia n81, well the nokia n81 has better sound.and the n91 is louder by about 40%, but trust me n81 is better i think. its just right, much better then n e thing SE can do. SE dream of sonuding as good and loud as n91.i really wish ever phone was as load as n91 i dont think there will be one ever again.

1st of all S60v3 has also been hacked AND we have a lot of modding coming our way soon.
Thats SO CUTE your lil P1 is NOW a W960 'wanna be' LOL! Did i mention we have Dolby software coming our way as well as a few others, your P1/W960-Wanna-Be is NEVER going to have better sound, JUST GET OVER IT :-P
Awww so ur lil p1 is now loud no wait. . . .TOO LOUD LMAO! And so now? That Does nothing for quality, if i wanna go deaf i'd rather just put some major sound in my car that actualy HAS good quality.
Its a shame you HAVE TO mod an SE to TRY make its sound as good as a N81 or N91, and still not get there. :-)

time has come were the N81 music quality has fallen. I have W960i and P1i and I have the hack which gives u permission to copy/paste/delte anyting in Private folders etc.
Now here's the good bit. I have a Modded Sound File which boost the P1i/W960i headset volume by 95% now i can hear true mega bass ! the volume is outstanding n its way to loud. Dis just kills the NSERIES audio quality N95/N95 8GB/N81/N73/N82 !
Now im just waiting for the Loudspeaker MOD :D ive already got Walkman MOD on my P1i :D

Now i know how sensative HDD's are and rams as well. but what i want to know is that, what happens when the phone falls? bcoz i heard that it malfuctions and how long does it take for one to see that it is malfuctioning because it fell? i think that is why most phones bought become lemons, because they where not handled properply when shipped or whatever the case may be and in this case the N81 as i believe it is delicate. what happens when the phone falls? that the Q?

Yes it has Wi-Fi, im not sure how you access it on the W960 but on the N81 in the Stand By screen theres an Option to do a WLan (Wi-Fi network) scan for availabe WLan networks.

I have used this phone only 2-3 Weeks... actually i want to buy this one but confuse abt buying thi phone...
i wish they give TV out.. bcoz thr is already hardware support...
i want TV-Out badly bcoz i have more thn 350 DVDRip Movie... and they keep coming frm FTPs... :-D and i want watch those movie in my TV not in Computer :-(

Guys , can anybody tell me the video quality of this phn ? I mean 2 say , does this handset record the videos in mp4 format or 3gp format ? Currently i m using 5700 , and by looking at the specs of both these handsets , i feel , the video rec/playback quality is same. Is it true ?

can i download themes or videos from the internet without using the pc suite???i already installed the pc suite but it's not working..my device always appear disconnected...and besides i cant install the media player 11 because my pc is not compatible..pls help..
